The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for parts of central Pennsylvania. Update: Tornado watch still in effect for Chester and Berks counties, but called off for Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York counties.The watch is in effect until 1 a.m. Sunday for the following areas in Pennsylvania:Dauphin County, Lancaster County, Lebanon County, York County.This includes the cities of Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster, Lebanon and York.
