Depraved is book three in the Sinful series by Trilina Pucci. I think this book might be a little darker than the other two. Or, it’s just been a while since I have read the previous book and have forgotten. But take my word for it, Dante is part monster. But the other part of him, the part that wants to possess Sarah? Well, I’ll let you be the judge of that!

Dante Sovrano is the head of the Chicago Mob. Not only does he run the city, he feels the burden of protecting his family as well, the two brothers, Luca and Dominic, that he only recently learned of, and their families. Dante is a dominant, both outside the bedroom, and in. He is part owner along with his brothers of the sex club, Church.

Sarah London works at Church, helps to run the club. Sarah has secrets of her own, secrets she’s been running from for eight long years. Sarah doesn’t do relationships, she can’t. But she doesn’t deny herself an occasional one night stand. She knows Dante is attracted to her and wants to experience what he has to offer, for just one night. Because in the bedroom, Sarah is submissive. But outside the bedroom, no one will ever tell her what to do again. Sarah is her own woman and can take care of herself.

Neither Sarah nor Dante has been able to forget their night together. When Sarah’s past suddenly comes back to haunt her, she is forced, literally, to accept Dante’s help. It goes against everything she is to let Dante protect her but she soon learns it’s the only way. Meanwhile, these two push and pull at each other, fighting what is growing between them, until neither can deny what they want any longer.

Dante is every bit the mafia leader that you might imagine. Ending a man’s life if he feels it’s necessary, means nothing to him. His obsession with Sarah, his need to possess her, is completely new to him. But of one thing he is certain, she is his, and he will do anything to protect her, and keep her with him.

man carressing woman's back gif

This is one of those books that once you start, you can’t put it down. You just have to keep going to see what happens next. There are so many twists and turns. You don’t really see it at first but Sarah is one tough, smart woman. She had never experienced love or family. But slowly, as her feelings for Dante develop, and she feels the warmth of being included in his family, she feels the desire to finally stop running, to face her demons. But by staying, she is also bringing her danger to these people’s door step that she has begun to care for. Can she stay and fight? Or will she have to once again run?

You can read this as a stand alone. But then you would miss all the awesomeness of Luca and Dominic’s stories in the first two books. I enjoyed this, as well as the first two books, so much. These brothers might think nothing of ending a man’s life, but they also love with their whole hearts. I can’t wait to see what this author does next.

Dante is EVERYTHING you desire in a dominant. A genuine alpha who only shows his soft side to his Queen 👑. And Sarah, well I girl crush her in a big way! Their chemistry & dynamic was perfection.

It’s book 3 in the series but can absolutely be read as a stand-alone.
** although I highly recommend you spend some time with the King Brothers 🤤🤤

This story is the most violent of the series so far but it’s not OTT, it suits the storyline and let’s face it - these are mafia books after all & Dante’s world isn’t a pretty one.

This one has EVERYTHING - scenes that made me LOL, scenes that made me teary, scenes that made me stabby & scenes that made me gasp out loud.
Add to that LOTS of scenes that made so horny hubs is going to send the Author a thank you gift & I was a VERY happy reader. New panties required 🔥

Definitely recommend.

Great story. A few irritations but overall intense and super sexy. 4.5 stars
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I love a dark romance now and then. Many people misunderstand the power exchange and think that it is about holding women down and back. However, this book exemplifies that exchange perfectly. Because Sarah is the Queen.
The story is loaded with violence and anger, but beyond that it is a story of devotion, dedication, and love. It is steaming sexy hot, and damn, Dante is just yum.
Dante is a mob boss who doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty when needed. But even within that, family is first. I love the connection he has with his brothers and sister-in-laws. I love that he wants to build it with Sarah. But she has secrets. He wants to help unfold those secrets.
Sarah is not who she says she is and as her secrets unfold, you can see why she wants to protect the ones she loves.
Pucci pours her heart and soul into this story. The plot is well developed and does not seem so far fetched although I would hate to have her family! Dogs!
The final quarter of the book is loaded with suspense and action, and the ending, just amazing. A big fat sigh for this one.
If you are a lover of HEA with a dark edge, this book is one that you will love.
"We're depraved, Dante. I recognized your darkness because it's mine as well."
Depraved
Dante Sovrano is a real alpha male- in and out of the bedroom... He is kinky, cold, calculate, powerful- and I loved every filthy minuet of him!!! 🔥😋
Dante is the head of the Italian Mob in Chicago, which he runs with his brothers, Dom and Luca. They own an exclusive sex club, "Church", which Sarah London manages for them. 💃
Sarah is the perfect woman for Dante- he is tough and strong and she is independent and fearless- which makes Dante want her in ways he can't even explain... ❤
Dante and Sarah decides to spend one wild night together, but...I want to see you tell the head of a crime organization after a very hot night, that that's all he's going to get... 😂😂😂
"You're lucky you're a girl," he shoots back, laughing.
"No, you are."
When Sarah's past comes to haunt her, Dante will do whatever it takes to protect her... even from herself. 😬 Sarah keeps secrets and Dante has to play dirty. And believe me, he loves it! 🔥🔥🔥
Ohhh... I love Italian man!!! 🎉👑
What secrets does Sarah hide? They are both so dominant, will they manage to get along with each other...? 😱
"If you hurt, I hurt. And if I hurt, people die ..."
I don't like BDSM books. 🙈 When I realized Dante is a "Dom", I decided to skip these scenes and if they were too much, I'll stop reading the book. To my surprise, except for one scene, there wasn't any submissive scenes.
"What's your word?"
"Mercy," I moan, biting my lip.
"Why is it mercy, Sarah?" He grits out, running his hand through my hair and gripping it, pulling my head up.
"Because I'm the only person you'll ever show it to," I pant.
What I didn't like was the number of times Dante made it clear that she "belongs to him". Yes, I know... He is an alpha obsessed male, But "Who do you belong to?" appeared in one of the episodes almost 10 times, until I hoped Sarah would kick him in the balls just to silence him already! 😂
Besides, didn't writers ever hear of other Italian names besides Dante, Luca and Mateo?? When will there be a novel about Sergio or Luigi?! 😂
It was a kinky hot book! Full of tension, passion and sins - about family, loyalty and love.
It was fun to read about the characters from the previous books. I missed Dominic and Luca... The quarrels between the three brothers made me laugh so hard. 😂
And the Italian in the book? Grrrrr! 😋
"Attento. Se lasci un segno, ti rompo il collo." Careful. If you leave a mark, I'll break your neck.
This is the third book in the series, but it can be read as a standalone, although I recommend reading the previous ones about Dom and Luca too! 👑
REVIEW: 4.5 STARS
"You can only tempt me so much before I'll want it...and trust me, I'll get my way."
To be honest, I knew what I was getting myself into with this story. I mean, at least I thought I did. I fell hard for Luca and his mouth. The way he took care of Gretchen could make any woman pause and swoon, so he was holding rank as my favorite in the series. I know, I know...there were only two books out. But dammit! Trilina Pucci teased and tortured me with teasers for a while about Dante and I was becoming a little concerned about Luca holding that favorite spot. Like, do I admit defeat.....? sigh I melted over Dante and he will sit as my new, current favorite now. Maybe. Oopsy daisy. But, this also says that Pucci's storytelling is getting crisper and cleaner, and it's sucking me in and making me want more. I knew after reading Truth that I wanted to follow this series and the books have only gotten better and better with progression. I know we have a few more books to go, and as I get to know these guys a little more with each book, the more excited I become to dive deeper into their stories.
"See, following is easy. You just need the right man to lead."
But Dante. Oh, Dante, Dante, Dante. Talk about having difficulties in a relationship. Obstacles to overcome. I mean, blah blah blah - I can say it and we've all heard it before, but noooo, this is on a whole 'nother level. I can respect....that's such a crazy word, but I can respect the depth that Pucci put into these characters and it wasn't a surface level scratch when it came to underlying feelings. There was a growth, a symbiotic gain in knowledge and understanding that made me look beyond the words on the page. The feelings that I felt while seeing these two work through these battles, whether it be stubbornness (gotta love a stubborn man, equally as much as I love stubborn woman), or fear....and even extreme pain and emotional chaos. There was so much to dive deeper into with their backgrounds and their realities, and that added so much more to this storyline.
The dilemma Sarah was in was definitely a predicament for discussion. Girl was IN it. But her strength, and her unknown capacity for love was amazing to see blossom - but she was stronger than I anticipated her to be. But golly, that girl is a stubborn one. Won't lie - I loved it! She wasn't without reason, and I feel it was such a valid reaction anytime she whipped it out. I like when there is reality behind moments that are a cause for reflection, and this one made me feel deeper, made me sympathize even more.
"I can barely handle the emotions he's bathing me in. But we're dripping in it, soaked by our possession, cleaned by our need for one another."
Their chemistry was unmistakable!! So intense. The way a man carries himself is telling. The way Dante was written gave me a chill. His confidence was sexy AF - knuckle biting sexy. I was weak, completely powerless to Dante's magnetism and his strength in and out of the office.....in and out of the bedroom. He was all sorts of dangerously sexy wrapped up in a suit. With the back and forth these two had, Pucci skimmed this invisible line between dangerous, oh so well. I don't think I've ever read the literal definition of fire and ice...until now. With an Irish woman and an Italian man with "ties", what could possibly go wrong?
"A fighter until the end. Breaking her is going to be the highlight of my day."
Dante's world was darker, grittier and more evil in some ways than the first two. I really thought the actions and circumstances warranted it and it was written with great intention and buildup. I know I originally complained about the sex club aspect of this group of characters in my Truth review, yet it played seamlessly into this story as Sarah has worked in the club for a long while. This one fit more, to me. It was them. It was their world. But it was also their escape and the way they played had so much more meaning to it. I loved the vulnerability and the trust, but I also enjoyed their playfulness. It was such an odd mix with all the seriousness they possessed between the two of them, but it was also so fitting for their characters. Absolutely loved it.
My only issue with this one was that the time frame was very hard for me to follow. I kept trying to count the days in my head and work through that side of it - but I'm not sure it lined up for me. However, I will chalk that up to 'other' circumstances, maybe beyond my mental capacity at 2 am. Did it hamper my ability to enjoy it? No. Not even a little bit. It just made me stop and reflect on the days that passed while I read. Clearly this story kept me riveted to all the happenings and actions of these characters' lives and how this family goes hard and loves deep, without fail. Definitely gave me a deeper, perceived notion of love in a crime family like theirs as well and I found that fascinating. And I may have said "Oh dear" a few times.
This review would probably have been much better had it been a video one, but that'll never happen - but wide eyes and giggly smiles never translates well into word form for me, unfortunately. HAHA! I started this and didn't put it down. Truly the best one in the series so far, but Dante sure is putting up a fight for favorite brother. I fell hard for Luca, but Dante sure gave him a run for his money - I'm fairly certain I'm still debating it in my head. The use of Italian in this book was harder hitting than in Worship, but used in an entirely different context and I enjoyed that so much. It definitely didn't feel overused.
Pucci really has made this a true series of standalones, and I can say that truthfully. NOW, having said that....I loved getting to know Dante in Worship before reading this story because it gave me the buildup that set this whole story in motion. It kept me up way past my bedtime. It kept me engrossed throughout the day, and it was a nice escape into another realm of possibilities. And men. Possibilities and Men. HAHAHA!!
"I don't want to ever hear you ever say any other man's name other than mine. Not even God himself. I'll be the only one who owns your pleasure."
„We’re depraved, Dante. I recognized your darkness because it’s mine as well.”
Holy Dante! 🔥 I'm amazed and in love!
You know the feeling when you’re so consumed with the story that you’ll do just anything in your power to crawl inside the book? Did you ever fall in love with the male character so deep that you became simply obsessed? No? Read Depraved. I assure you, this story will get so deep under your skin that you’ll feel internal flame that’s spreading with every read sentence. Trilina Pucci created something so intense, lust filled and scorching hot that it’s simply impossible to sit still. And the name of this fuss is Dante Sovrano.
As a ruthless and merciless head of the Chicago Mob, Dante Sovrano is used to get what he wants. And now he wants Sarah- woman who manages Church, the exclusive sex club owned by Dante and his brothers. The attraction between them is undeniable and it can set the whole world on fire, but Sarah is keeping secrets. Can Dante protect her from the past that’s hunting her down? If so, at what cost?
What the author must do when she puts in the story the Alpha with capital A? She needs to create a heroine that can handle him. And Sarah is the only woman who can stand beside a powerful man like Dante. She’s strong, brave and fierce. She’s a warrior and she doesn’t back down. But she’s also protective and she’ll take every possible step to shield her loved ones from the threat. She became my favorite heroine from Trilina. Same goes to Dante. There are no adequate words to describe my adoration for this guy. He’s all man- intense, dominant, posessive and protective. He’s intimidating and formidable. Did I mention sexy as hell? Yes, dear ladies. He’s a whole package. A walking wet dream made from our fantasies *sigh*.
Depraved is action-packed and suspensful story, that will leave goosebumps on your skin. It’s scorching hot and arousing. It has everything I love the most in romance- tough mobster, strong heroine, great storyline and sinfully passionate scenes. Trilina Pucci outdid herself with this book. There are not enough stars to rate this masterpiece!
‘We collect that which we don’t want anyone else to touch. We’re greedy by nature, making sure to possess all the things that elude us, the beautiful treasures we want. Whether its money, power, or women, our nature tells us there’s never enough.’
We picked up Depraved by Trilina Pucci on a whim as we were in the mood for dark mafia with heat and wow we were completely satiated by the end. We’ve never read this author before but have marked a few of her books to read over the years, now we will definitely be moving these up our to-read list. The writing was suspenseful, dramatic, passionate, humorous, and flawless. We do have to mention that we bought this book as it was listed as book one in a new Dark Mafia series, however, we discovered that it features characters from the Sinful Series in which this one is considered book three.
We have not read the previous two books in the Sinful Series so when we picked up Depraved, we thought it was all brand-new characters and new connections. Did this impact our enjoyment? We have to be honest and say, yes it did. We felt we’d missed out somewhat. So, if you’re in our position be aware that Depraved is book one in the Dark Mafia series yet book three in the Sinful Series too. If we had our time over, we would have read the Sinful Series first. Can Depraved be read as a standalone? Yes absolutely, however personally, as prolific readers we prefer to know everything that came before when characters’ lives are as entwined as they are in this case. We have to read in order. Despite this though, we truly enjoyed it and were completely compelled by this sexy, dark, crazy ride and we can’t wait for more.
‘Dante has a presence. You can feel him in the room. Everyone can. He’s a dangerous, powerful man…’ “Ask me for help,” he growls, fisting his hands at his sides. He knows I won’t ask. “No. I’d be making a deal with the devil, and you’d want my soul in return.”
Depraved had everything we love, a ruthless arrogant but hot as hell dominant anti-hero, a beautiful, sassy, and fierce heroine who is as bad arse as the man who wants to devour her. Oh, and of course it had an all-consuming dark and gritty mafia storyline! We will without question pick up the next book in this series as well as go back and read the rest of the Sinful Series as we loved how Trilina Pucci managed to give us something new in the mafia world.
‘He holds up his gun and waves it.
“We played a little game of Glock, paper, scissors. Glock beats scissors.”
Depraved is the fiery hot romance between Dante and Sarah. And let us tell you, it’s scorching! The sexual chemistry is on point and the character connection is intense and passionate. There’s obviously quite a bit of history between them but we quickly picked up on the intensity of their need and want. Dante Sovrano is the head of the Chicago mob. He’s not a man you cross without dire consequences. His band of brothers forged in loyalty and protection. Sarah works for Dante and his brothers, managing a classy sex club. She has secrets she won’t share and carries trauma from a horrific past she’s on the run from.
“Love is never a choice. It’s an affliction that you’ll want to die of. And there’s no better love than one from a man who wallows in his devotion to you.”
Suspenseful and fast-paced Depraved by Trilina Pucci kept us riveted. It was high on emotion and had fabulous character relationships. It was all about family, loyalty, secrets, and revenge. It was about love, honour, and payback. A thrilling ride we didn’t want to get off. So, if you love mafia romances like we do, check this Author out!
“You’ve never looked more beautiful,” I say reverently. “Because you choose to sit at my feet when you know that I would be the very ground you walked on if you asked.”
This girl is on fire!
It takes an amazing and talented writer to deliver such an amazing, hot af and grab you by the balls kind of book. That is what Trilina Pucci did with Depraved. Trilina is on fire with her Sinful series!
I struggled a whole day thinking of the right words to describe my thoughts and feelings about Dante and Sarah’s story. Everything about this book, no, this series is sinful, it’s downright filthy. The one word I can find that comes to mind to describe this book is FIRE. The characters were hot, their chemistry was scorching and the drama was blazing. I’ve read the previous books in the Sinful series and those were just as hot but something about Dante and Sarah made this story just top the others. Dante’s power just bleeds off the pages and Sarah’s fiery attitude had me enamoured. Alicia Keys’ Girl on Fire is Sarah’s theme song. Omg, she is my fave heroine is the series!! This book had me shook. The sparks between Dante and Sarah ignited so fast that there was no way cooling the heat and intensity between them down.
Depraved is sexy, suspenseful and sinful. I feel that my 5+ stars rating and my review doesn’t do this book justice. You need to add it to your tbr, pre-order or 1-click when it becomes available because hot damn, this book will have you burning 😉
Some of my greatest pleasures in life start with D: dark romance, dangerous anti-heroes, dick and now Depraved. Despite my decent collection of signed paperbacks from this author, I hadn’t delved into reading her writing and the experience of finally committing was joyous in numerous indescribable ways. With an enthralling combination of dark mafia setting and taboo themes, my attention was charmed and ensnared from page one; rendered riveted as dangerous events unfolded.
Dante has a presence; you can feel him in the room. Everyone can. He is a dangerous, powerful man, and that’s catnip for this pussy.
As Chicago's ruthless and dangerous leader, innumerous enemies lurk within the shadows for Dante Sovrano. Dominant and controlling, this anti-hero is used to having command over everything until Sarah, though her reticent attitude and own enemies doesn't dissuade this man's attentive interest. Dante's attitude—the intense dominance and flowing confidence—makes him steadfast and determined to capture this woman, despite her secrets, creating an irresistible, near perfect anti-hero.
A fighter until the end. Breaking her is going to be the highlight of my day.
Sarah London, full of fire and strength, is an enigma obscured by unending secrets and clouded by mysteries. Defiant and feisty, there’s a darkness that follows her existence, shrouding it in neverending danger, but this darkness only amplifies her resolute nature. No matter her predicament, Sarah’s capacity to love and the lengths she’d go to ensure everyone’s safety couldn’t be deterred or ruined, a true testament to this heroine’s ability to be selfless and fearless.
“We’re depraved, Dante. I recognized your darkness because it’s mine as well.”
Chemistry that kindles and bursts with an intense ferocity doesn’t attempt to describe the connection between Dante and Sarah. It is explosive. Full of titillating dominance and potent submission, a sweet combination weaved together to deliver a suspense romance with passion that is undeniable as it simmers and crackles through the chapters. With a push and pull dynamic, the hint of vulnerability coursing through this relationship serves to create an atmosphere full of tension that leaves me riveted and wanting more from this series of dangerous sinners.
THIS BOOK IS FREAKIN AMAZING!!!
I started that book late last night, and finished it tonight. I used every single free minute today, because it got me hooked. Even while shopping at IKEA, I sneaked in a few words 🙌🏼
Sarah works at The Church, that’s how she knows Dante. Some flirting turns into something casual, because they are drawn to each other (and believe me, all the sparks which fly are 🔥🔥🔥).
So what happens further along the way? Secrets get uncovered, things happen you don’t want to happen, and made me scream and groan in frustration!
This book really had me hooked, I love these brothers, how alpha they are, the side stories, the tight knit group, the bed scenes are scorching 🥵 , and this is a MUST read ! I’d love to give more than 5 stars, because they don’t do this book justice. It deserves a lot more! And I want more! Please... 🙏🏼😇
I kindly received an arc for an honest review!
Trillina Pucci author just broke me with this story. I have a huge book hangover like I never had before.
“Depraved” is sort of enemies to lovers type of a story with a mafia plot which is one of my favorite genre.
My heart was beating so fast and my eyes were devouring every word as I flipped through the pages and couldn't stop reading until the very end of the book.
The action in this story was fast pace and whole plot kept me on the suspense edge entire time.
Chemistry, lust and desire between Dante and Sarah were OMG! I'm telling you! It was mind blowing and so intense that, I think, only Trillina Pucci author knows how to create such a strong heroes.
Dante is dangerous, dominant alfa male with boiling Italian blood. Handsome, masculine with tattoos and his dirty talking, he was melting not only my heart.
Sarah in the other hand is feisty and fierceful beautiful girl. She was challenging him all the time. They bantered with each other and pushed one another to the point, I don't recall, no other heroes ever did.
My emotions were on the rollercoaster. In one minute I was  WOW! No s*it! Then I was touched or smiling or those two emotions mixed together.
I was wondering where Trilina Pucci take me with this story and this explosive couple.  I already have my answer and you need to read it to have yours. It was awesome reading journey. I highly recommend this book.
Dante and Sarah were so perfectly matched in this hot and sexy romance. Trilina does anyone fabulous job of grabbing your attention and holding you hostage until the very end. I read this book in one sitting, there was no way I could let these two go.
Sarah is SO feisty and Dante is the alpha male extraordinare! The banter between these two was funny AND panty melting. Dante was tough, but when it's comes to his love for Billy, he doesn't hold back and I loved, loved, loved that about him. His devotion to her and his family was mega swoon worthy 🔥🔥🔥
I love this sexy band of bass ass brothers and their amazing women. Dante and Sarah were just what I needed.
Bravo, Trilina.
Depraved is the third book in the Sinful series by Trilina Pucci and my least favorite so far.
While I was reading the book I was thinking that I was gonna say so many things in my review and I had everything mapped out. Then I finished the book and I realized I couldn't say most of them. There were a lot of twists and if I try to say something, I will end up spoiling a part of the story, which is the reason why I will keep this short and simple.
I loved the first two books in the series and I had very high hopes and expectations for this one. Unfortunately, they weren't met and I believe the most important reason was the number of pages it took for Sarah to reveal her secret to Dante. After some point, it was just frustrating and I wanted that part to be over, so we could move to fighting the bad guys and get to the good part of the romance. I have to say that Dante was not the easiest person to deal with and I understood a part of her reaction, but since this is fiction, I just wanted her to reveal the secret nice and easily. After the big reveal, it was easier to read the book and I had mostly positive feelings. I felt like I was on a roller coaster and there were many twists.
Unfortunately for the author (since she will get a mediocre rating and every rating counts) and me, I keep remembering the bad and not the good parts. I will continue with the series and I am sure I will love it, but there is a particular person whose book I am not going to read because one of my pet peeves will be included and I am not a person who requests books that they know they won't like.
Pre-review: What's up will all the 1-star ratings? One profile has even added just this book and gave it 1 star. Why the hate?
PS. Me likey the cover
“I hope they paid for that, Mr. Sovrano . Who would be stupid enough to shoot you?” My face grows serious at the thought. “My late wife.”
This is the opening scene for Depraved, wherein Trilina Pucci and her Dante have blown my mind for the last 5 hours.
Dante is a pretty typical mob leader, his temper gets the best of him, he's fiery, and he knows he wants Sarah from the first time he saw her. Sarah knows he's going to be her reckoning, so much fun, and the last man she wants for her lifetime.
The battle back and forth through this entire book kept me on my toes, racing to the end thinking I must surely have missed something. Pieces are reminiscent of The War of The Roses , except the sex is 200x hotter than anything the middle ages could have come up with. Sarah and Dante fighting it out was one of the highlights of this book for me, and the spats between the brothers are so much fun, guaranteed to make me laugh out loud as they throw bread, napkins, and ice at one another.
I was seriously concerned that Dante would decide to leave Sarah where she was after she walked away, but the ending is one I could never have imagined. An absolutely delicious, 5 star treat: Dante and Sarah are hotter than Worship and Truth combined, and prove that love doesn't have to be calm or submissive.
Well, That was Hot!!!! Dante Sovrano is the head of the Chicago Mob. He can have whatever he desires and what he desires most is Sarah London. Sarah manages an exclusive sex club, Church, owned by Dante and his brothers. “She’s like our sister,...then I want to @&&^ our sister.” Omg, LOL. When Sarah’s past has a way of catching up with her can Dante keep her protected even if she doesn’t want it? These two, wow what a hot couple Dante and Sarah are to read! This was a sexy, seductive and fast paced book with just the right amount of suspense. This is also my first book from this author and I need to get the other books now. A Must Read mafia love story; Told in dual POV
HOLY FORKSTICKS!! Trilina has done it again! These brothers are hot AF but just when I thought Luca was my favorite, NOPE Dante has totally blown it out of the water in this one. I literally just finished this book early this morning and just need to get my thoughts out before I go into a drool puddle of goo on the hotness of this one.
Dante is a Monster/Devil/Alpha who will do anything to protect those he loves and the one that is his. Sarah is just trying to survive and try to live a normal life even though she is trying to stay hidden in plain sight from the family that never loved her at all.
One disclaimer is DO NOT read in public as there will be serious blushing in the steamy sex scenes, I read at work on my lunch and wished I was at home, lets just say DAMN!!! This one had me saying Oh My quite often and then all starry eyed and LOL moments within this book.
This is one series I KNOW I will be re-reading in the future when time allows. Also I took my sweet time reading this one as I didn't want it to end, but all good books/series must come to the end at some point.
He Would Always Come For Her
5 Stars for this mafia romance that’s sexy, suspenseful, action-packed and about an enviable love that’s so much more in every way. It was greater than unconditional love; it was complete and utter devotion.
Sarah’s a fighter. A survivor. She does not back down. She challenges Dante in every way. The intimidating mobster who fears nothing, has met his match with the gorgeous spitfire.
Dante is the head of his family. He’s all alpha and a man to fear if you fall on the wrong side. What’s important to his family, becomes important to him. He never expected one night with Sarah to leave him willing to protect her at all costs. And once you’re in the fold, you’re family.
He just wanted her to submit to him in every way, so that he could take away her pain. All she wanted was to protect him from her past even if it meant the ultimate sacrifice. Dante and Sarah were made for each other. She submits to one man and one man only.
This story will feed your kinky side. It’s totally HOT and all-consuming. This series continues to bring us characters we love and lust after. The author gives us a non-traditional story of family, love and loyalty, but no less poignant.
HOLY DANTE, MY OH MY!! This was deliciously filthy, depraved, sexy, intense. A passionate and consuming love story. I finished this book in 2 days and it was because I had to sleep and work. Adulthood sucks sometimes right??!!!!
After finishing I just had to go back and re read all my notes. This is an easy read but with a really well developed and execute plot and story. I was engaged from beginning to end. I didn’t want this story to end. I burn, I ache, I swoon with this couple.
I never thought Trilina could deliver us a man more dangerous and delicious than Dominic and Luka. But she totally surpassed my expectations. My man Dante Sovrano is possessive, powerful, more dangerous than any other man in Chicago including his brothers.
Let’s me put the level of hotness of my Man in a way you can understand. If you LOVE Christian Grey as much as I do then you need to know that CG is a mammas boy compare to my Dante. THAT H O T!!!!
“𝙔𝙤𝙪’𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨.”
He is all alpha Italian mafia male. He is big and fear by many. He is devastatingly handsome and that powerful aura makes him more delectable. I mean, reading about his look, the way his penetrating eyes gaze at the object if his desire made my panties combust on the spot.
Did I mention everyone fear my man? Except Sarah, off course. You might remember Sarah London from the previous Sinful books. She works at Church, the sex club own by our Sovrano brothers. Sarah London is strong, beautiful woman with a sassy mouth. She is untamable and independent which drives our man crazy with desire. There’s secrets she is hiding from and those have make her the fierce woman she is.
“𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘅𝘆 𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘀.”
There’s a bit of action and suspense in this story. You’ll get to see Dom, Drew, Luka, Gretchen and the whole Sovrano gang making appearances. I love it when they are all together. In this world, this mafia life FAMILY and LOYALTY is everything. Sarah will learn that lesson the hard way.
You get to see this strong, beautiful and powerful relationship developed. A give and take. But here there’s no power struggle because it’s really pointed out from the begging WHO IS IN CONTROL. Once my man unleashes his undeniable power there’s no going back or surviving it.
“𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙢 𝙄 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙮 𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙚𝙣, 𝙄’𝙢 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙛𝙪𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙙𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙤𝙤.”
I really LOVE this book so much. It’s now my favorite from the Sinful Series. It was everything I could ask from a Mafia Romance. I seriously cannot wait for what’s next with the Sovrano family. There’s still 4 more sinful man to delight on. Book releases in a few days. It’s a 1-click kinda a situation with this whole series.
Wow, WOW!!!! This book is EVERYTHING! This book is my favorite in the series so far. I absolutely FLOVED this book! I was completely captivated by this story and I could not put it down at all! I was so sad once it was over because I just wanted to live in the world that had Dante and Sarah! The writing in this book was so well written that it made me feel like I was part of the story, not just an outsider looking in.
Dante and Sarah's chemistry was explosive! This book is 'drop your kindle cause it's on fire' kind of hot! Dante is so dirty, and rough, and just utterly amazing. I swoon hard, I even have the bruises to prove it, haha. Sarah is so feisty and I just love her. She is the perfect woman for this hard man.
I really enjoyed the suspense through this book. It was intriguing, and it kept me guessing. My emotions were all over the place, I felt it all. The heartaches, the love, the heat. Gahhhh I LOVE IT. If you love mafia romances then this is definitely the book for you. I absolutely love this story and this book has the Love HEA Must Read stamp of approval, because you NEED this book in your life. This whole series is everything! I can't wait for more.
Trilina Pucci’s Depraved is all kinds of hot with steamy scenes that make you wish you had a fan (or your husband) nearby. It has become my favorite in the series. Truth (Dom & Drew) and Worship (Luca & Gretchen) begin the Sinful series and I recommend you read them though it’s not necessary to enjoy Depraved. But why miss out on the fun?
Greed. It comes in many shapes and forms. Most think of it as something bad but not when it comes to Dante Sovrano and Sarah London. Their greed is perfection. And is the catalyst for their intense attraction and relationship.
Dante Sovrano is pure alpha. Make no mistake about it. He’s also got a weakness for Sarah London. His contrasts were what made him so sexy to me. His dominant ways in and out of the bedroom? Wow!
Sarah London is one tough chick. She’s brash and independent. She has to be. And I like that about her but there were just a few times I had wished that she wasn’t. It would have been completely out of character and I know that.
With the mob as the background and suspense woven into their story, Depraved is what you need next on your reading list.
And how sexy is the Italian language? Swoon!
CONSUMED
From the first spark, to the fire, to the raging inferno; Dante and Sarah’s story will consume you! It’s perfect! It checked all of my boxes for an awesome read! I devoured it in one sitting! Its super hot so have your significant other (or your batteries) at the ready! Dante and Sarah are both total bada$$es and are so perfect for each other; but they do fight it (as they are highly independent people). I don’t want to say too much as I want others to enjoy the ride as much as I did!
This series is my ALL TIME favorite! The King brothers will forever hold their places in my heart! I CAN NOT recommend this series enough! I would give them more stars if i could! Can’t wait for the next one! Keep them coming 😏 Trilina! ❤️
One word to describe this book is HOT! So hot it gave me goosebumps and left me wanting to take a cold shower! The chemistry between Dante and Sarah is like being a blazing fire that never ends. Every page had me hooked and I couldn’t stop reading it and even at the end I wanted more. I absolutely love Sarah her feistiness and strength just makes you wanna be her. Then Dante he is the alpha male that at one glance has you on your knees just wanting him to touch you! I love all the brothers but Dante is my favorite. 5/5 stars
~ 5 My Everything Stars ~
Trilina Pucci is a literary ROCKSTAR!!! I will read anything she writes.
I have been anxiously waiting to read Depraved ever since she announced it was being released and she did NOT disappoint!! This book was raw, gritty, down right naughty, but oh so delicious!! I loved both Dante and Sarah, they truly are a match made in heaven.
Depraved was a story that absolutely sucked me in right from the beginning. I read the prologue and had a WTF moment and this book didn’t let go until the very last word. This book has just made an already amazing series even better. Each book I read in this Sinful Series just keeps getting better.
This book is the third book in Trilina’s Sinful Series and is a standalone novel. But I have to say that I would highly recommend reading these books in order. Each book is a completed story, but because all of these characters lives are so intertwined with each other, the story almost feels like it continues on into each book. You’ll understand this more once you read this series. I thought the flow and pace of this story was excellent. I would even say this book was a fairly quick read, but that could be because I couldn’t put it down and I didn’t want it to end.
I don’t want to say too much about this storyline, because this is a story that should unfold for each reader. I will tell you this that it delves into the world of BDSM. I thought it was all very tastefully written. Trilina gets the point across without being overly graphic with any aspect of this story. I will also tell you this your, emotions will be going all over the place while reading this story. This is definitely an emotional roller coaster ride. Dante and Sarah do not have an easy path ahead of them. But I loved how they handled each up and down.
I loved seeing Dom, Drew, Gretchen and Luca in this story and seeing where their future has lead them. I also liked getting to know the other ‘brothers’. I look forward to the other books that are coming in this series!!!
Trilina Pucci has truly rocked my socks off with this series so far and I would 100% recommend these books to anyone who likes a great ALPHA male Hero. If you like your books angsty, raw and gritty but with an amazing love story, then these are the books for you!!!
Trilina Pucci never fails to surprise me, because each book that I have read, has been better than the last. Now this isn’t in an over the top, how can I outdo myself way. No, they are just that fabulous. Her characters and storylines are so vibrant that they jump off the page and engross you that you feel like you’re right there with them.
Dante Sovrano is synonymous with being Depraved. He is corrupt, wicked, perverted, and I loved every filthy second of it. He is delicious, commanding, naughty, and fiercely protective. Once you’re ‘in’ with the family, you are family and therefore, protected.
Dante has many responsibilities on his shoulders as the head of the Chicago mafia, but he relies heavily on his brothers for support. Dom and Luca, his brothers, own a sex club, Church, and Dante has had his eye on one of their workers, Sarah London. After reaching an agreement together, they spend one night and one night only together. Well, tell the crime boss alpha that after that one night, that is all he gets. Hotness, feistiness, and the best hate-love makeup scenes ever. (Initiate cold shower). 🚿🚿🚿
Sarah London. I am freely admitting I have a wee little girl crush on her. They are perfectly paired together as a couple and she is everything that Dante needs. He is tough, strong, and commanding. Well, she is feisty, independent, strong-willed, and fearless.
When Sarah’s past comes knocking and encroaching on destroying everything, she/they have together, the true beauty of this relationship shines through. The ultimate sacrifice to protect the other.
I LOVED Dom and Luca in their books, Truth and Worship, and thought that nothing could change that. Well, I was wrong. Dante, his brothers, their significant others, and Sarah have changed all that. Yes, this book is beyond hot. Yes, this book will show you what true depravity is. Most importantly though, is that Depraved will teach you about family, whether actual or non-traditional, and the lengths that one will go to when you are family.
“We’re depraved, Dante. I recognized your darkness because it’s mine as well.”
Oh my dear God.
Depraved is hands down my favourite book in the Sinful series. so far. It's a bit darker than the two previous books, and I'm sure that's why I liked it even more. I completely fell in love with Dante and Sarah. The chemistry and dynamic between them is simply addictive. I literally couldn't get enough of these two.
description
I feel like I can't say too much about the story itself, because I don't want to spoil anything for you. That being said, I can tell you that Depraved is a sexy, suspenseful, thrilling romance full of action, scenes that will make you laugh, gasp in shock and even tear up.
Overall, I highly recommend this book.
Wow! This book was everything I have come to expect and love from Trilina! The chemistry between Sara and Dante was off the freaking charts! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 seriously hot..... let me put it to you this way.... they are so hot that there was a "fade to black" kind of scene.... it didn't get into any super dirty details.... but it was STILL one of the hottest scenes I have read all week!!! And the suspense! WOW THE SUSPENSE!!! It totally kept me guessing ... and the "big bomb drop" came way out of left field for me so I did not see it coming at all! I was totally captivated with this book from the very beginning! And the other men! Damn! The hotness level has been raised a whole lot! I can not WAIT to get some more of their stories! Trilina has set up this great world of people that I want to keep getting to know! And with every book I love them a little more.
