5. BALLOT MEASURES
- Ballot Measure #1: Issue 1 — Limits attorney's fee and damages awarded in lawsuits and allows the legislature to amend or repeal the Supreme Court’s related rules
- Ballot Measure #2: Issue 2 — Requires a voter photo identification to vote
- Ballot Measure #3: Issue 5 — Incrementally raises Arkansas' minimum wage to $11 an hour by 2021
