After a long hiatus of new condo development at Keystone Resort, a new complex is finally being built,
The New Seasons! This is great news for the Keystone Ski Resort community and those looking to purchase a home, second home or vacation rental property at one of Colorado's most loved ski resorts! It is also great news for guests who enjoy coming to Keystone, as there will be a brand new property to stay at and enjoy for future vacations at the resort.
The much-anticipated new development is already underway and the first phase is scheduled to be complete sometime next year, in mid to late 2019. This new complex, located on the outskirts of Lakeside Village will consist of four buildings made up of a mix of one, two and three bedroom luxury condos in varying floor plans. There will be a total of 32 new condos, which are already available for advance purchase. The New Seasons Condos in Keystone are expected to sell quickly with the state of the current real estate market. Prices start at $419,00 with options to customize finishes in addition to standard features like stainless steel appliances, Granite or Marble countertops and full-size stacked washers and dryers. This complex is located on the free Keystone Resort shuttle route and is less than a mile from the ski lifts at the Mountain House Base Area.
