It's Been Quite a Year. This year has been a great surprise. 2016 was serious up hill climb with enough spoonfuls of tragedy to break many of us into dust. I know for myself this year has been a very different experience, still a climb but one of consistent positive forward movement. This year has seen a lot more client work and a break from gallery shows just for the time being. Don't worry, there are shows in the works for sure for you all. For instance I will be doing a show with The Runaway in Durham, NC next fall, but we will revisit that soon enough.
Overall, a lot of great projects, successful unions, time to reflect, time to explore, and some big projects around the US. I was able to do murals in NYC, LA, SF, and paint some street fun in Oaxaca, MX as well. Check out the current list of things to come below! A more explanatory email will be coming soon highlighting last this past years output. Thank you all for you love and support. -Felix (The piece above was painted at Superchief NY, it is titled Hadouken, 9'x4', Mixed Media on Wood Panel 2017)
