From Audrey Carlan, #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Calendar Girl series. Life has never been sweeter. I’m head over heels in love with the woman of my dreams, Skyler Paige. We’ve worked out the kinks of our pasts, and all I want is to start building our future together. But duty calls and International Guy is on our way to London, Berlin, and Washington, DC. Our entire team is about to be tested in ways we never imagined―but I know for sure, no matter how bad things look, there’s no team I’d rather be on… International Guy Inc. is owned and operated by Parker Ellis, a ladies’ man with a high IQ and a big libido. He’s the most successful life and love coach in the world, and he’s smart enough to know he can’t run a multimillion-dollar company alone. He hires two friends whose areas of expertise complement his own. They comprise The Dream Maker, The Love Maker, and The Money Maker. Together, they advise the wealthiest people in the Hollywood hotshots, European royalty, and the CEOs of multibillion-dollar companies. And sometimes they can’t help it when things heat up and they end up in bed with their clients. Quite literally . This International Guy likes his playboy lifestyle, and he’s not looking for commitment. After all, there’s a whole world waiting for him. But as he goes from city to city, and from woman to woman, it’s possible that he just might find his own love along the way… This volume includes the seventh, eighth, and ninth International Guy novellas.

Back with our darlings from International Guy.

On the last job things got a bit dangerous. Wendy got shot! And Parker thought Skyler had cheated on him.

And that's where we start with the London Book.

Wendy's still not woken up from her surgeries and Parker and Skyler are still not over the missing trust issue in their relationship. BUT, they're working on it, and the new job needs both of them to be in London. A famous author lost her muse and she needs to finish this book sequel asap!

Story 2 will take us Berlin for a last-minute ad campaign for a car company.
This story will bring back someone from Wendy's fiancé Mick's past.

And in the last book we're in Washington, D.C. for some dangerous political case about a cosmetics company and animal testing! ... and for that we need to hire a lawyer for IG - and she might have a past with our boy Royce!

And during all those stories Skyler and Parker are getting slightly creepy/threatening texts!
Who's the new stalker? And is he/she dangerous???

Well, that was really exciting and sweet and funny.

I really like these stories.

You have to get used to the guys and the writing and the happenings in the books. But once you get to know them all - it's a really great world to read about!

I adored the stories. London was amazing. The whole author-thing. The sightseeing. Perfect!

Berlin was cool too. I loved how much Wendy and her guy Mack are involved in the stories. And I loved that we finally got to meet Parker's military brother Paul and his new love!

Washington was more serious and dangerous and heartbreaking!

The stalker texting them all through those three books was very interesting too! We still don't know who it is - the next books will be very exciting!

I can't wait!

I'm still not completely in love with some of Audrey's writing style. All characters talk way too formal for my tastes. And what's with calling all love interests and partners MATE? Sounds like a shapeshifter romance! BUT I really enjoyed these 3 stories! Those 3 guys are just adorable and hilarious! I really hope we'll get that happy end for all of them by the end of the 12th story!

INTERNATINAL GUY, VOL III was another great book in this series. Sexy, funny, exciting & intersting & mysterious & adorable. ☺ Run to your nearest amazon for your own Parker, Bo & Royce & Mack & Paul ... - they will be sold out in no time!!! I just adore all of those guys! ☺

This is the third collection of the International Guy novellas and I really enj0y this series.
It's not something that leaves me amazed and speechless but the whole thing is such an easy and quick read with a good amount of suspense, glimpses of the cities these guys visit and a great cast of characters, that really grew on me and that I enjoyed following. I love the group's dynamics.

With all the different storylines, there's a lot going on and paired with the main romance has me rushing through these books.
Parker and Sky grow as a couple and I love that they're dedicated, they're being open and honest and that they're talking to each other - which is kinda new to me as it doesn't fir the usual romance tropes but still makes for a love story I love to get absorbed in.

I LOVE THEM

I’m so in love with this team it’s unreal. Even the new edition to is is intriguing, I can’t wait to hear more about her.

These three books are filled with so much drama and twists that’ll keep you on your toes. It’s absolutely perfect.

London brings us an author who’s lost her reading mojo and is slammed with writers block so her agent calls in the big guns and in comes Parker along with Skyler who just so happens to be the authors muse. It’s interesting and of course Bo’s humour in the mix is the greatest.

Berlin brings us a car company needing an advertisement for her new cars that are about to be released and who better to do this advertisement than those three IG men. This book finally introduces us to Paker’s brother and it’s great.

Washington brings us a company looking to expand but in need to do so they need more yes votes than no so they bring in the IG team to try to persuade those to change the no votes to yes. What we don’t expect is the twist that hits the team head on and the things they have to do to get out of it. This book will make your heart hurt and make your stomach churn. The author went all out on this one.

On to the next book I go, I can’t wait to see what’s about to go down now.

This series is absolutely amazing & gets me further hooked on it with each Volume released!!

International Guy: London
This series just keeps getting better and better!!!

After things cool down from the events in Montreal it's business as usual. This time Parker gets to mix business with pleasure as Sky is going to be a big help with the next client: World renowned author Geneva James. Geneva was on top of the literary world, movie options in the works she just needed to complete the third book in the trilogy but writers block is making sure it's not getting done. When IG lands on her dorrstep with Sky in tow she is thrilled that she gets to work with her muse for her character Simone. Once her creative juices get flowing there's no stopping her.

Parker and Sky have reunited and have to work on some trust issues especially after the debacle with Johan. Once past that they begin to move forward but is someone out to get them. We get the hint that maybe all the crazies were not dealt with in Montreal and that just maybe there's a new threat on the horizon.

We also get more on Wendy and her recovery and let me tell you be prepared to be gutted. That's all I'll say on that front but just wow that was some emotional stuff going on there.

International Guy: Berlin
The guys are off to Berlin to help OhM Motors market a line of hybrid cars and hopefully take the world by storm with their brand of advertising. This is one tough case and big money is at stake so the guys call in reinforcements. They use their connections with Mick and have him and Wendy join them. In this one we learn some very interesting things ab0ut Mick's past and how far he is willing to go to make his girl happy. We also get to meet Parker's brother Paul who has a surprise/secret he wants to share with him before heading back state side to tell te rest of the family. This added to the Mick/Wendy aspect really addded such dimension and intrigue to the already titillatiing tale of the IG guys.

International Guy: Washington DC
I must say that this was my favorite instalment in the IG series thus far!!!

The guys finally hire in house counsel in the form of Kendra Banks who is also Roy's ex. There are some very angry faces on the team. Parker is hoping with time they may be able to get past it and work peacefully.

Parker and Kendra head off to Washington to help Pure Beauty Pharmaceutical company get two more votes to pass a bill. Sometimes things are not as kosher as they seem and soon IG realizes regardless of their reputation if there is a fallout they cannot in good conscience go through with what is being asked of them.

Sky and Parker have moved forward full throttle with their relationship but both are still dealing with the anonymous text messages and Nate is not getting any head way so it's time to call in the big guns: Wendy. You get a feeling who this person may be but is that just a ruse to hid the true perpetrators identity.

This was at times so hard to read due to the subject matter but it really brings to the forefront that these types of things are really happening but by the end it's all well again.

Cannot wait for the 4th and final volume to get all our questions answered!!!

Salve a tutte!
Troppo sesso e troppi dettagli inutili.

Fresh off the danger the team encountered in Montreal, we catch up with the IG team as they regroup and recover. Things aren't hunky dorie between Skyler and Parker as they hash out the details of a misunderstanding, something that threatens their future together, and discover a new source of danger. We spend time with the team in Boston and New York before jetting off to the next job in London, this time Skyler is asked to join Parker in his effort to help an author suffering from writers block.

Maybe it's the familiarity of the subject, but the time in London with Geneva is definitely my favorite in this installment. It's fun to see what inspires Geneva, how she's pulled out of her funk and how her book characters, Dean and Simone, begin talking to her again. She finds more inspiration in Skyler, who becomes her vision of Simone.

Wrapping up in London, the teams next assignment in Berlin finds Wendy and Michael facing his past. But not before this, Parker and Skyler take a short vacation to France as Parkers friend Sophie is facing her very own personal cross-roads in her love life. The drama is relatively low but Sophie knows just what to say to get to Parker, and naively throws their past relationship at Skyler. But I love that Skyler has her chance to demystify the friendship between Parker and Sophie.

Finally, the team are ask to work in a lobbyist capacity to help a pharmaceutical company with an agenda to push some legislation through the system. The topics addressed are heavy and as I've always experienced in reading Audrey's books, she tactfully handles serious subject matter, while enlightening the reader.

But the best thing about the story is the undercurrent creepy messages that both Parker and Skyler receive, making it apparent there’s a stalker a little to close to the two of them. I think I have an idea who it is so it will be fun to see if my suspicions are right. 3 more books and 1 more volume to see how things shake out.

There’s so much to say about the next three installments of the series!! We pick up with Skylar and Parker coming back together after all the drama but will he be able to trust her again? While they work to figure it out, Parker is off to London to help Geneva James, a struggling writer get those words down and finish her series. Bringing these characters into the romance genre was brilliant!

From there, the team is off to Berlin where they are helping an launch a new campaign for an auto company. We get more of Wendy, Mick and Paul. You get a real sense of family with this story which I enjoyed. However, those text messages to Parker and Skylar have me wondering…

Washington DC is the final stop with this series to help a cosmetic company ban the testing of animals to make products. I love that this book is a little more on the serious side, with an issue that definitely needs more attention! Bo’s ex, Kendra comes into play and adds some drama to the read and leads me to wonder what’s next in the series! Can’t wait for more!

Aber immer noch alles Too Much

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; this series keeps getting better and better. In this installment we have the guys working three new cities while trying to recover from the mess that was Montreal. Wendy is healing and has to take time away from the IG office that leaves a huge hole to be filled. Parker and Skylar are moving forward in their relationship and its lovey and sweet and leaves you smiling so big.
In London, Skylar gets to tag along to help Parker and Bo with a struggling best selling author. Parker is tasked with helping her overcome her writer’s block, and ultimately find her confidence again. London is a great time for Parker and Skylar and I loved seeing their relationship blossom.
Berlin has them reaching out to Wendy’s man Mick for help with their client and I loved it. I absolutely love Wendy and I loved learning more about her and Mick and Mick’s past. We also get to meet Parker’s brother in Berlin- fun! And big bro even reminisces about a chick he met named ANDREA! Coincidence? I think not! Don’t take this from me y’all I was excited lol. Being a girl who lived in Germany for two years, this installment was my favorite. I learned more about my favorite couple all while they hung out in my favorite place.
Washington DC was intense. We learn more about Royce’s past and meet a new member of the IG legal team. This installment has everything. Scheming politicians, dirty lobbyist, a blast from the past, cute new fur babies, and Parker and Skylar making plans for their future. I can’t wait for more!

Entretenido.

I’ve come to anxiously await each new installment of International guy. There are so many stories interwoven in this series and so many wonderful characters. The story line is thrilling -with love, romance, mystery, intrigue and steamy scenes, that just might melt your Kindle! Another masterpiece by Ms. Carlan.

So.

Joar... Also dann mal zu meinem Fazit und meinem gemeckere ;) Achtung Spoiler!

Will sie mich veräppeln?

Was den Stalker angeht....

This was an ARC that we were lucky to receive. I absolutely love this series. It was difficult to write this review, since you have to read from the beginning to get a good feel for these awesome characters. You will not be disappointed. The guys have different monikers, Parker = The Dream Maker; Royce = The Money Maker; Bo = The Lover Maker. While also employing Wendy the most amazing hacker/personal assistance ever!

This volume covers London, Berlin and D.C. The IG are back at it!

In London, the IG team picks up where they left off in Montreal. I will say that Montreal had me sweating and upset, because of what happens. (UGH! So hard to write this and not have spoilers!) Parker and Skylar continue to grow their relationship, while the team bands together to help each other through the event that happened in Montreal. The team in hired to help struggling romance writer Geneva James, who happens to be Skyler’s favorite author, get back into her writing groove. Parker is absolutely fabulous helping Geneva see the worth in herself again, which is beautifully written. He also comes to realize that he has to let the past go in order to have a full future with Skyler. There is an unknown force that is trying to keep the two apart and the team works to uncover this threat.

In Berlin, the team has to help a automotive manufacturer with a huge marketing scheme. When all of the IG guys are together on a case, holy hotness! They work as a well oiled machine, each bringing their strengths to the table. In this story, Wendy’s fiancee, Mick, is brought in, but is faced with a ghost from his past. Leave it to Wendy to lay the smack down on that ghost!

Ugh, then the IG team was off to Washington, D.C. I will say this, Fair Warning, this portion of Volume 3 was at times a very hard read. Not because the story content and characters didn’t flow, because it did, just the content. This segment has the team working with a beauty company, that wants to sway the last few votes needed to obtain legislation that will help the bypass some FDA regulations. So with that being said, it does deal with sensitive background information on one senator (rape and abortion), while uncovering horrific animal testing that is being done. But will the team be successful in taking down this huge company without risking their own business? Well you, my fellow reader, will have to read this awesome installment to find out.

Remember, if you haven’t read this series, start from the beginning!

I give this one 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

I am so in love with Parker and Skyler after reading International Guy: Volume Three. Parker and Skyler are finally able to work on their relationship; living in the same city, having dinner and conversations with friends and family and spend lots of sexy time canoodling on couch. As they work towards the future that they both want, someone looks to threaten their happiness. The threat begins with Parker receiving a mysterious note and continues when he and Skyler both begin to get text messages from an unknown sender. Will they find out who threatens to throw off the course of their future before it is to late? This is another must read, page turner by Audrey Carlan.

Eine unglaublich fesselnde Fortsetzung

Meine Meinung

Berlin
In Berlin helfen IG Monika Schmidt.

The IG team continues their adventures in London, Berlin and Washington, D.C. Oh....what lies within each city will blow your socks off.

~London~
When a world announced author is having a writers block who does her agent call..... the IG team. Author Geneva James has reached her writers funk. She needs to be inspired and reminded why her top selling trilogy is on top. This time Parker is accompanied by Skyler as they set their eyes on helping Skyler's all time favorite author out of her funk. So off to London they go. When Geneva sets eyes on Skyler she can't believe her muse is there in flesh and blood. Parker and Skyler are determined to help Geneva and there's no limits to what they will do help. Oh and we can't forget that Bo too has BIG PART in helping Geneva get out of her funk. I wouldn't mind a little bit of that!

Parker and Skyler have finally reunited, bonding and reconnecting after weeks apart. Emotions run high and true feelings and expectations for their future comes tumbling out. Parker comes to terms that his past can not dictate his future and that he needs to trust his heart, and that his past relationship is not the same as his future one. Once Parker comes to terms with it and allows his feelings to break through his walls he's built around his heart... WOW what beauty that is revealed.

London was refreshing and I am thrilled that Parker and Skyler have once again found their footing and are walking along side one another in harmony and feeding each others souls.

~FEED YOUR SOUL~

~Berlin~
Parker and the guys are called to Berlin to help out Monika Schmidt's campaign to sell cars around the world. With the help of Mick's advertising company, Parker knows that this campaign will be be a hit. However there is a bit of a snag in Parker's plan when he finds out that Monika and Mick share a shaky past, one that could put his relationship and friendship with Mick and Wendy on the line. Can Parker deliver what the client wants without jeopardizing his friendship? In the end the IG team once again knocks it out of the park thanks to Mick's genius advertisement team and Roy, Bo and Parker's FULL BODY involvement in the advertisement.

While dealing with the campaign dilemma Parker is overwhelmed and extremely happy to hear from his brother Paul whose been MIA while serving in the army. Paul reveals a secret that surprises Parker at first, but accepts full heartedly. Then there are the texts from the unknown stalker who keeps terrorizing Parker and Skyler. As they start to get more threatening and unsteady, Parker and Skyler fear for her safety. Berlin was full of surprises and acceptance. I love how friendships grew and strengthened and not allowing the past to dictate ones future. Berlin was definitely braving the ride.

~BRAVE THE RIDE~

~Washington, D.C.~
Whoever said politics is a dirty business knew what they were talking about. The IG team is off to Washington, D.C. to help out a pharmaceutical company that wants a bill passed that will help them out with their future endeavors. With the help of IG's new team member/council Kendra Banks (also Roy's ex), the IG team reveals some ugly truths that has them questioning a client for the first time. Putting their morals and beliefs ahead of anything else the IG team has to find a way to protect the innocent while also protecting their company's downfall. When the team leaves Washington, D.C., they end up leaving with more than they came with. They also leave knowing that beauty isn't want you see on the outside but what lies within.

Roy and Parker's friendship is once again on shaky ground when it is revealed to Roy that their new council is non-other than the ex that broke his heart. Some of Kendra's secrets are revealed alluding that her breakup with Roy wasn't an easy decision or one she wanted but had to do peeking Parker's curiosity even more. Kendra wanting to keep her past in the past, shoots down Parker's questions and asks that he respects her privacy. However Parker knows there is more to Roy and Kendra's breakup. Could there be a chance for Roy and Kendra?

~BEAUTY LIES WITHIN~

Audrey Carlan never stops amazing me with her words and the compassion of her characters. The way she tells their story is breathtaking and magical. She also has this ability to bring to light social issues that plague our world in a respectful and attentive way.

Destinazione: Berlino

Destinazione: Washington DC

Squadra in campo: Parker e KendraBanks + Bo in incognito

Buona Lettura

London Book 7-

In this London edition *sighs* Parker and Sky finally make their peace and my poor broken soul gets a respite from the anguish Audrey Carlan's words evoked. I have been is a state of suspended broken heartedness since Montreal. Gah I had faith these two would find their way back, it was a gut wrenching wait though.

Parker is due in London for a client. Sky ends up along on the trip - what an adventure. Author Geneva James (I have a hunch who this character was based off of eeep) needs some inspiration and Parker is the man for the job. Sky is a huge fan of Geneva's and vice versa. The fangirling was completely relatable. These characters are amazing and well written as always. I am dying to write all the fantastic details but they're spoilers gah!

Park & Sky not only work on their issues, but build a stronger more unshakable bond then ever. It's so beautifully written. Feels all so real. Love every moment. And the best part is how Parker & Sky actually help inspire Geneva's story. Phenomenal and beautiful. Bo arrives to lend his photographic and sensual talents which of course kicks things up a notch on the heavy and hotness scale. So entertaining and steamy! (Fans self) Love, love, love!

I'm diving in to book 8 next and excited to see what Berlin brings.

Berlin Book 8-

Mmmm another stellar story in this series. All impeccably written with the humor and love I've come to adore from Audrey.

Parker, Roy and Bo are all off to Berlin to help an auto company launch their line of environmentally friendly vehicles. Feeling in over his head, Parker calls in a favor from Mick, Wendy's very protective and possessive fiancé. Only there's a complication, a conflict between IG's client, Monika, and Mick. As the story unfolds we get some great insight into Wendy and Mick's relationship, his past and most epically - their well thought out plans for their future. Will Monika come between Mick & Wendy or will Wendy put her in her place? Ha ha based on her spit fire tendencies I think you can make an educated guess what Wendy might do or say.

We get a surprise visit from Parker's brother Paul. A heartwarming time with all of the family, both blood and not, together in one place. It was fantastic. Entertaining. All the quick witty banter, steaminess between Park & Sky and of course all the ball busting these guys can throw at each other.

The vague anonymous text messages and random mail have Parker and Nate on high alert. This situation and Sky's safety are heating up. Who is the mystery stalker? I am even worried for them. Nate & Rachel are bad asses but have their work cut out for them as this saga continues. I have a theory on who it is but I'll read along and let it out play out. Time will tell!

Washington DC Book 9 -

My oh my how things are heating up on all fronts in this gripping installment. I have loved every one of these novellas in this series. Each one bringing a different topic - a different focus. A lesson and milestone in each and every adventure. In Washington DC -whistles- our resident Hottie author Audrey Carlan kicked everything up a notch!

More intensity. This time ethics and moral dilemmas come in to play. More action from each of our 3 International Guys themselves. This is a recipe for a fast paced, action packed, crazy entertaining story that I just couldn't put down!

Come along for the wild ride and discover for yourself the delicious love story between Parker and his dream girl Sky. They are weaving their way in to my soul - absolutely adore these two characters and the insane connection growing stronger every day despite the obstacles life has thrown their way. Cannot wait to read what is in store for this entire cast next.

AUDREY CARLAN
International Guy Series Volume 3
LONDON: INTERNATIONAL GUY BOOK 7

“You put yourself in danger and our relationship at risk.”

Something about this series feels like coming home. Each book wraps around me a little snugger and tugs at my heart. I love the words of wisdom, friendship, challenges, humor, steamy scenes and the passion of the International Guys with their women, friendships and assignments.

“Life is full of risks. When you have something worthy, the risk suddenly seems small.”

This book briefly ties up a cliffhanger and gets the wheels going on another mystery. Little bits are thrown in and have you wondering when the other shoe is going to drop...although I have no idea why you wouldn’t read the whole series...this book may be read as a stand-alone.

Berlin~International Guy Book 8 is downloaded and ready for me to dive in and get lost in Audrey’s words!

******************

BERLIN: INTERNATIONAL GUY BOOK 8

“A man who stands for nothing will fall for anything.”

This book is full of discoveries, healing, past ghost and mystery. We learn about people’s past and what insecurities they have and why, divulging secrets and current struggles. It really gives insight into personalities of our favorite characters.

“Family’s there for the good, the bad, and the fugly.”

This book continues to show the strength of loyalty between friends, what really defines family and the continued growth in many relationships. The humor, friendship and love continues to grow in Berlin.

This book exposes fears, hopes, dreams and obstacles in our International Guys (and women)... I’m thinking some intense discoveries will be made in WASHINGTON, DC: INTERNATIONAL GUY BOOK 9. I’m looking forward to how the mystery gets exposed and hopefully how it brings some relationships closer together.

************
WASHINGTON, DC: INTERNATIONAL GUY BOOK 9

“Let’s just hope we can get through this case unscathed and with our company intact.”

Once again this book will have you camped out until you hit the last page. I just can’t put these books down. I’m completely obsessed with this series and the International Guy Family and everyone who joins it.

“You’ve opened up Pandora’s box, and she has a wicked temper. I’d prepare for the fight of your lives,”

This book takes a different turn. We have a little animosity amongst the brothers. There are difficult subject matters addressed. I feel they are done with class as if Audrey would handle it any other way. They give you an insight to both sides of the subjects. It may have you rethinking your own beliefs and possibly show compassion that may not have been there before.

“...We’re a team at IG, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Underneath it all, there’s a lot of comradery and respect. The guys will come around, you’ll see.”

Even though some things were changed up in this book...some things stayed the same. Friendships, loyalty, humor, steamy goodness, developing mystery and growth. Looking forward to what Madrid: International Guy Book 10 has in store for us.

This volume has the next three books staring Parker Ellis. Now that the weather is turning colder and wetter now’s a good time to cuddle with a good book. And you get to go places without leaving your chair but the one downside is that we don’t get to really do any sightseeing.

These books continue to be told from the point of view of Parker Ellis. But with this set each book starts from Skyler’s point of view and ends the same way. Something that I pick up a lot with this set is that a mystery seems to be building momentum. And so has my appreciation for this series. It’s almost like the first six books were getting me ready for this latest volume. One continued disappointment is that even though our characters get to go to all these places I don’t feel like I’m sightseeing. May have to use these books as inspiration to take a round the world vacation to all the places that these books visit.

One thing I’ve learned from book seven, London, is that if you pick this series up here you’ve missed so much. You need to stop and go back to the beginning. Otherwise, you won’t understand who Parker is and how Skyler ended up being a part of his life. He shocks me by saying a certain word. I never would have thought that one word would have been a part of his vocabulary.

Out of all the books I’ve read so far this is my favorite. One thing it does is humanize our characters – can picture them working together and loving each other. This is a book that lets Bo shine. He seems to be our comic relief – you’ll be guaranteed a good laugh when he’s around. Instead of a romantic ending we get a little mystery.

For the next book, Berlin, it was nice to see that Bo continued to make me laugh. And of course those moments always seem to be at his expense. Besides the laughter there are moments of seriousness. Parker is really starting to grow on me too. I don’t know that if Skyler hadn’t come into his life if I would have been saying that. One nice thing was that we get to meet a member of Parker’s family. Our author also sends me a reminder that a mystery is still afoot.

The last book in this set is titled after our nation’s capital. My psst moment is to let you know that there’s an Author’s Note to start the story off and please make sure to read it – even though you may be tempted to skip ahead to the good stuff. Especially after me telling you there’s something juicy the author has added here.

This is where the plot is starting to thicken so I’ve decided that I’m just going to park my butt firmly in my chair. There’s no way that I can move until I see what this author has in store for us now. I haven’t been able to sightsee at all the places Parker goes to visit with clients, he spends enough time in Boston that it fills my travel needs. Even though I know more books are coming that didn’t stop me from getting frustrated when yet again this book ends with a mystery.

I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

InternationalGuy London is the next installment in this series. I have really loved the relatinship between Skylar and Parker. SkyPark has really grown on me and I am rooting for a happy ending for them.
This installment picks up with Skylar and Parker reuniting after the drama in the last book. Can Parker trust Skylar again?
Parker is called to London to help struggling writer Geneva James get he mojo back to finish her third book in her series. Parker decides to bring Skylar, and she fangirls for the author. This was a fun part of the series bringing these characters into the romance novel genre. Geneva fangirls over Skylar right back, and wants her to star in the movie adaptatin of her books. There is alot of chemistry going on throughout this part.
Lots of Rachel and Nate Van Dyken cameos in this part too. This adds a lot of fun for fans of them.
And there is a Sophie sighting from Paris here as well.
Stay tuned as we are off to Berlin next......

International Guy – Berlin

The next stop in the IG series is Berlin.  The team is there to help an auto company launch a new campaign. The whole gang ends up being involved with Wendy and Mick playing a role too.  Mick is the ex of Monika who has hired IG.
We also meet Paul, Parker’s brother and his new love interest.
The ominous text messages being sent to Parker and Skylar also continue.  They are getting creepier, and I expect that to takes a role in more parts of the series.
The characters are a family, and throughout the stories you feel a part of it too.  Skylar and Parker are great together, and are one of the highlights of these books.
And of course, any fans of Rachel Van Dyken will just love the scenes of Rachel and Nate as Skylar’s bodyguard.
Next stop is Washington DC….

 International Guy – Washington DC

The IG team is called to Washington DC to help a cosmetics company get a new bill passed.  This was a very different book in the series as there were more serious issues addressed.  The company hurts animals in the process of testing their products. They also want to get things accomplished in a crooked way.

The IG team has hired a lawyer, who just happens to be Bo’s ex, Kendra. This adds for some drama, but I think there will be more of this story to come out.  I do not think it is as it seems.

This book takes on the feel of Washington DC with politics, right vs wrong and some graphic descriptions of backstories from characters while telling this part. It was one of the best told parts of these novellas.

There is some lightness and happiness also when the whole IG team are now the owners of furry babies.

Looking forward to the next installments and the answer to some of my questions– Will Skylar and Parker continue with their HEA, What is Kendra and Bo’s story, who is sending the strange texts to Parker and Skylar, Will we leave more about Annie, their assistant?

Next stop is Madrid….

International Guy Volume 3 was another book full of journeys and trails. I was so ready to jump into this volume after that mind blowing cliffhanger in Volume 2. Everything about this series makes me happy. I just love the fact its all about 3 men whose made it their life work to empower women all over the world. Volume 3 was a emotional roller coaster ride full of twists and surprises. I love all the new mysteries this volume brought forward. I love the authors ability to give you closure on certain situations yet turn around and open up more to keep you hooked on the series. If I had any complaints it would be the same I have been having. I WANT MORE Bo and Royce!!! I wish so badly we could get things in their point of views or that they could be involved in every case. I love them two! Their is alot of Skyler and Parker and I love them I really do but they can tend to over power the rest of the story line when it should be focused on the women whose book the story is truly about. With that said though I am beyond ready to dive into what awaits me in Volume 4.

"You're never going to be alone. You have me. All of me. Until you take your last breath."

London was about author Geneva James. I loved her character so much! Although she was shy and kind of a home body. I feel her character truly benefited from International Guys help. She was constantly evolving and developing through our her entire story. It was almost like reading a whole different heroine by the end of London. I also LOVED Geneva brought the boys into the world of romance it was definitely a nice touch to add to their journeys.

"Skyler smiles and it makes my heart fill with need. The need to just be where she is."

Berlin was about Monika Schmidt. I truly struggled with her character and story. I felt she was extremely manipulative and sneaky. So many times I wanted to climb through the pages and smack some sense into her. I LOVED we got to get more Wendy and Mick. I just hated it had to be under such bad circumstances. However I was glad to see such a sense of family with this book. If anything Monika did this book it was bring out just how close the International Guy family is!

"You just proved what I already knew." "Which is what?" "You're the perfect women, and all mine."

Washington DC was about Vivica Preston. Her character too brought forth many challenges and stoking revelations. It was Vivica's character that the author truly showed you how amazing a writer she is. The constant twists and turns that DC brought was nothing short of amazing! You are constantly kept on your toes and left guessing. It was a perfectly spun web of deceit, black mail, and corruption. This installment isn't pretty but I felt everything about it was handled tastefully.

*4 STARS*
Well earned another EXPLOSIVE installment into the International Guy world.

After the shocking events in Montreal it’s business as usual for Parker and his team. Geneva James, the world’s latest literary darling is one book away from completing her best selling trilogy but is suffering from a major case of writer’s block. With a movie deal hanging on the completion of the book what else can her agent do but call on International Guy to solve the problem. Can some mutual fan-girling between Skylar and Geneva, an impromptu book signing and a large dose of Bo for some literary inspiration solve the problem.

For part two Parker, Bo & Roy are off to Berlin to help with the launch of a series of eco cars. After seeing the concepts they have to work with, they realise they’re up against it time-wise so they call in reinforcements in the shape of Wendy and her fiancé Michael who just happens to owns one of the biggest advertising firms in the US. Little do they know there’s some bad history between Michael and Ulrika, the representative for car company.

For the third part of this book Parker and their new lawyer Kendra are in Washington for International Guy’s latest job working with a large pharmaceutical company who are trying to have a bill passed through Congress. It isn’t long though before they realise things aren’t what they seem. Just who are they working for?

This book does cover some unsavoury topics that might make you feel a bit ill. But even though some of the descriptions are rather graphic, the author doesn’t go for the shock effect and manages to handle them in a manner that doesn’t sensationalise them and therefore reduce the seriousness of the subject matter. It’s not all doom and gloom though. The witty banter between the characters especially when it involves Wendy and Bo will make you smile and then tug at your heart strings when Wendy doesn’t know how to react to a simple gift. I love how this author can write secondary characters that draw you in wanting to know more about them, even though they’re not the ‘stars of the show’. I’m now left wanting to read Geneva’s books and personally, I’d love more of her and Bo. And Rachel and Nate – how did they get together? They’re such a great partnership. Not forgetting my personal favourites Wendy and Mick. I might even have had a tear or two in my eye at one point reading this book because of them. Then there’s the addition of a new character in the shape of Kendra, an old flame of Roy’s. What secrets is she hiding? With things escalating with Skylar’s stalker – who I think I know who it is – and there’s an upcoming wedding to look forward to. I can honestly say this has got to be my favourite series this year. I can’t wait for the next book to be released.

Audrey Carlan knows how to meep me invested in her characters and Volume 3 is no exception.
In London, my heart was broken and I didn't know how or when Audrey was going to put it back together again. She left us all wondering where this series was going to go and we were all pretty shaken up after the last book. We got some much needed answers that I could have screamed at her for making me wait for...who am I kidding? I did. Of course she makes it worth the wait, but more drama also unfolds. London is sweet and endearing, but is also spicy and hot...like panty melting hot. You will swoon, laugh, sigh and be giddy as friends and lovers come together in a perfect blend of harmony that only Audrey Carlan can deliver.

In Berlin, Audrey takes us on an exciting and surprising ride. Holy hotness when all the guys come together to work in the same city. When the entire team gets together it's fantastic. They end up helping a woman who shakes up the IG family and hurts a couple we truly care about. New friendships are strengthened and love grows by leaps and bounds. Someone has an amazing secret and you will also find out about some major heartbreak. Don't get me started about the crazy text messages as we try to figure out who is sending them. This installment is electric and enticing and keeps Audrey racing to the finish line ahead of the pack.

In Washington, D.C. the twists and turns continue and keep us investigating everyone and everything as drama exudes from everywhere regarding this stalker. These crazy letters and this new guy and his bat shit crazy ways keep us guessing. Then there's the girl who hurt one of our favorite IG men years ago and suddenly she is back in the fold helping the team. Audrey tackles a big issue in this installment that isn't pretty, but the way blackmail, corruption, and dirty truths unfold show what a marvelous storyteller she is. The steamy scenes between Parker and Sky will melt your kindle as plans for their future are being made. My heart is still giddy thinking about it.

Every book Ms. Carlan writes reminds me of the value of life and love and friendship. This story solidifies that fact even more than ever before. This team of people is incredible and we should all be so lucky to have our own tribe like this to enhance our lives. Every book she writes teaches me something I didn't realize I needed at that point in my life and this volume is no exception. This just shows again what a fantastic story teller Carlan is. Audrey this installment proves that risk taking is important and as an author, you aren't afraid to shake things up for the greater good and that's how masterpieces are written.

Audrey Carlan wrings out all the feels, makes you wish for a freezing cold shower, and gives your heart exactly what it needs! And London is no different; it is also the answer we’ve all be waiting for. As always, she has a lesson or a learning opportunity for her readers. I was not only very invested in Sky and Park, the IG Team (including Rachel and Nate), but in what I felt, learned, and how I grew from what I believed she was trying to teach me as a reader. But that’s my experience. In my opinion, the message for this installment is to have faith. Faith in others as well as in oneself, and not to let outside opinions or actions shake the foundation of it.

Berlin just may be my favorite of this series so far! It has it all, from Audrey-level wicked hotness to memory- and love-induced aches, to giggles and belly laughs, to pride and excitement, to outrage and anger, to total surprise and shock, and finally familial comfort. There’s just so much that I love in this book! The ache I felt in hearing about Wendy made me just want to fix it all for her. But then later, I was out-and-out cheering for her! What we find out about Mick and Wendy brings out all the feels as I relate to them more than others. Wowza. Then there was a moment that I kept rewinding in the Audible version just so I can keep laughing. The tagline for this project is so amazing! I absolutely loved it and the scene where it becomes actualized is yummy!

Washington, DC is an amazing installment that shows a taste of the wickedly wild imagination of Audrey Carlan! It’s rife with laughter, suspicion, surprise, and of course, the level of hotness I’ve come to thoroughly enjoy from her. Sky’s beginning chapter had me snort laughing! I love her relationship with Rach and Nate. It really shows they’re not just bodyguards to her. And gah! Sky’s reaction to Park just walking toward her? I want that! It’s a beautiful thing and it’s not just lust-inspired. The addition of Kendra…right now, I’m on the fence but I’m about 75% more on the side of not liking her, but that’s just because of her past with MY man Roy. Otherwise, she’s intelligent, savvy, gorgeous, and has a sense of humor that fits right with the IG team. Now this case…I don’t know if the other cases had hit my heart as hard as well as made me as sick. Now, I’m not talking about how it particularly affected IG, it was the case, itself. At the end of the book, I was cheering IG on! All the threats and dirty deals and just icky feel from the client made the outcome all the more perfect!
