Scrum Master / Development Team Lead

Responsibilities for the Role
- You’ll work as Scrum Master for the team; protecting the team, co-ordinating ceremonies and removing impediments.
- You’ll work with the individuals on your team, ensuring they continue to grow and feel part of the PH team.
- You’ll work with the Product Owner to make sure everything is ready for the team.
- You’ll ensure full visibility, providing the necessary information so everyone knows what is happening from Sprint stats to development plans.
- You’ll work with PH and innovAgile, ensuring you’re keeping everyone up to date with what is happening within the team.
- You’ll work with the rest of the Development Team Leads to keep up to date with what is going on with the teams and in the world of Agile.
- You’ll make sure the team work in a safe and healthy environment, following Polish employment law and health and safety regulations.

A Typical Day in the Role
- You’ll definitely attend a daily stand-up, and there’s a chance you will facilitate another of the Scrum ceremonies depending on the day.
- You’ll be talking with your team about the work that is going on, from a Scrum perspective and from an individual perspective.
- You’ll be communicating with the Newcastle, UK office, finding out what is happening and sharing what is going on.
- You’ll be making sure you are up to speed with what is happening with the features your team is working on, removing any impediments and working on the outputs of your retrospectives.
- There’s a good chance you’ll be talking with the other team leads about what they’re doing, or hearing about one of the improvement initiatives they’re working on.
