【味．渡: 居韓女教「煮」】
人生有很多算不到的章節，就像這場《味·渡》的嘉賓Karen，她自己也沒有想過竟然會有居住在韓國的日子。
從事銷售業多年的她，因為近年丈夫被調派到首爾工作，夫唱婦隨，她亦一起前來定居。抵達新環境，Karen便很努力學習語言和了解當地的飲食文化。從小就喜歡入廚的她，現在更定期拍攝煮食教學影片上載至社交平台，非常受一眾熱愛韓國文化的朋友歡迎。
適逢韓國秋夕假期間，Karen將抽空回港，味道圖書便邀請了她前來分享在韓國的生活點滴及講解當地的飲食文化。例如她之前參加的宮中料理飲食課程及泡菜節等活動也十分有趣！Karen更會即席示範兩度菜式！一道是姜食堂人氣菜式甜辣醬拌麵，另一道是快捷美味的大醬涼拌青椒。喜歡韓國文化的你，又豈能錯過這次活動呢？請立刻報名！

【Foreign Taste: Seoul Tasty!】
This upcoming session of Foreign Taste, PMQ Taste Library has invited Karen, a content creator who produces many videos and recipes on Korean food. As her husband had a chance to relocate to Seoul, both of them have moved to Korea about two years ago. Moving to a new environment, Karen soon took on the new challenge of learning the language and the food culture there.
During the Chuseok holiday, which is similar to our Mid-Autumn Festival, Karen will come back to Hong Kong and we are delighted to have her to come sharing her life and the food culture in Seoul! Besides telling us all the interesting details of the Korean Royal Court Cuisine course she took and the popular Kimchi festival, Karen will also demonstrate two dishes, Noodles with Sweet & Sour Sauce and Green Pepper Muchim, in our kitchen! If you are interested in Korean culture, you should not miss this session!
