Bud WernerYesI hate that we have to even consider this, but at a minimum we need some sort of fund in place for collective buying even if we choose to buy less or only portions of the list. I'm open to collection devel. options - but we need money first.Approved by Chris Painter

Lake CountyNoI feel the same way was Pitkin - I feel like we're kind of being cornered into purchasing titles we never would have bought in the first place. There are very few titles on that list that excite me. But of course Lake will contribute because we are being out voted. Approved by Brena Smith

Pine RiverYesI don't want to reward Macmillan but I don't want to punish our patrons, either. I think it's important to capitalize on the one inexpensive, sharable copy they let us buy. I'm also okay with Alysa purchasing fewer titles than 250 over 12 months, as long as we capture those our patrons want most. EVTApproved by Shelley Walchak.

Pitkin CountyNoMy vote is no, but we will happily contribute if we are outvoted, which it looks like we are. I feel like we are buying titles we never would have bought, and we are supporting them more than before. This is really getting to me.Approved by Susan Keenan

VailyesVPL is totally reluctant about this, but it does provide a shared copy. VPL seconds the voices that do not want to purchase all Macmillan titles, but we agree that we don't want to punish patrons with a complete boycottApproved by Lori Barnes

Western Colorado UniversityNoWe only purchase a few OverDrive titles per year (if that) and are not a heavy e-book/e-audiobook using institition but will support our brethern. Approved by Dustin Fife; requests be sent to the Board for review
