It earned that distinction in the Dallas Business Journal’s 17th annual Best Places to Work Awards. Chosen from several hundred businesses nominated, Working Solutions ranks #11 in the medium-sized company category (50-249 employees).
In business for 23 years, Working Solutions strives to create a welcoming, productive workplace. Company employees, who work in the office and at home, team up with customer service agents, who are all independent contractors working remotely across the United States and Canada.

The companies honored by the Dallas Business Journal were selected based on an indexed score of employee responses to a survey done by Quantum Workplace. This year marks the fourth time Working Solutions has appeared on the winners’ list.
