Governor Proposes Dramatic Increase in Overtime Pay Threshold

Governor Whitmer last week announced a reckless plan to raise the state threshold for overtime pay to $51,000 - far above the national standard and most other states. This plan is reckless because it raises the threshold too high, too fast. We are strongly urging the Governor to reconsider and withdraw her plan.
