Rams Place RB Darrell Henderson On IR, Promote RB John Kelly

The Rams announced that they have placed RB Darrell Henderson on season-ending injured reserve and promoted RB John Kelly from their practice squad to the active roster. 

Henderson, 22, is a third-round pick by the Rams in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Memphis after Los Angeles traded up with the Buccaneers to acquire him. He is completing the first year of his four-year, $4.21 million rookie contract. 

In 2019, Henderson appeared in 13 games and recorded 39 rushing attempts for 147 yards (3.8 YPC) and no touchdowns, to go along with four receptions for 37 yards receiving (9.3 YPC) and no touchdowns.
