I received these for a father's day gift this year.
They are simply amazing! They are very musical and revealing. There is not a huge sound stage but what is there is fantastic! It's a different kind of soundstage. I feel like they transport me to the music (rather than bringing the music to me) in that I feel I'm in the recording studio or up on stage, in the middle of everything. In that way they are very intimate sounding. I would consider these to be neutral IEM's that lean slightly warm. I hate using the term "neutral" as I feel when I think of "neutral" I think of boring or dull sounding and these are neither.

Equipment I've used: 1) An LG V60 mobile phone streaming Tidal or listening to ripped CD's, 2) Streaming Tidal on Audirvana (on an Asus laptop) to a Schiit Modi 3 (with the ak chip) to a Schiit Vali 2, & 3) Streaming Tidal on Audirvana Studio (on a Macbook Pro) to an Audioquest Dragonfly Cobalt.

The Advar's sounded great in all 3 setups but they were particularly fantastic with the Cobalt Dragonfly. The LG V60 is a close second. The Schiit stack is good but I've never loved the Modi 3 - it's long over due for an upgrade.

Overall, I am very happy with these and highly recommend them!
