Ive written a review before about this company and am writing another one to encourage more people to use them. Card One Money is the only banking alternative for me. They provide everything that you need but the most outstanding thing is their customer service. Every time I have contacted them, the agent on the other side has always been super polite, understanding, and efficient. Today that agent was Sally who resolved my query almost immediately.

Great bank, been with them for over 8 years. Card accepted everywhere, quite established now. Used the chat function today for a query, resolved so easily, the site is easy to navigate and setup bill payments etc. great service. Great for if you want to load a card to give spending money to your kids, or to use as a current account and savings for yourself aswell.

I've started my Ltd Company bank through Card One Money.
There are a lot of small fees here and there. e.g. 30p for transfers, and pay per minute on phone calls. This is in addition to a monthly fee for the account.
However, you get what you pay for. Any time I have needed assistance, I have rang their phone number and spoken to a native English speaker without ever being kept on hold.
My queries were answered immediately and any issues I had were quickly resolved. They were also able to handle more complex queries.
Security on the app is very good, with multiple layers to protect your money.
I would give this bank 5 Stars if they paid interest on money held within accounts. Unfortunately, they don't at present, and I would recommend keeping your savings with another provider.
If you need a business account and don't intend to leave large amounts of money sitting in it for long periods of time, CardOneMoney is an excellent business account.

The bank is excellent, it helps me manage my money better and the fact that I have to preload my card with money before I can use it means that I cannot overspend on items. Also whenever I have a problem and I need to contact customer service I find that the staff are all very pleasant and helpful, most especially Nicole who assisted me to get back onto my banking app.

AVOID CardOneMoney at all costs. They’ve had my account under review for two weeks now. They’re holding money which is rightfully mine and I’ve had to borrow off fsmily to feed my two year old. The phone lines are extortionate and the customer service is disgusting. I’ve sent in numerous amounts of statements, proofs of where money comes and goes and they still aren’t giving me my money. How they sleep at night I will never understand. I will be taking this further! YOU CANT KEEP WHAT MONEY ISNT YOURS.

I am part of a young enterprise team and in the account we have a sum of money that cannot be accessed. I have tried ringing them on multiple different occasions only to be met with rude customer service and being told to find information that has not been provided to me! This bank is a scam stay away. They love to steal your money!!!!!!
