Story

Pleased to announce that the evening party and fitness event is now fully booked.

You are welcome to come along still for refreshments and children's activities. Please ensure that children are accompanied by an adult at all times x x x

My granddaughter Scarlett's younger brother Hugo is 2 years old. He is such a fun, bubbly, gorgeous little boy, but was sadly diagnosed with a neuroblastoma a few weeks ago. He is currently being treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Hugo is undergoing chemotherapy treatment, and he has a long journey ahead. Fund raising is allowing Hugo's parents, and all the other children's parents to stay with them whilst they are receiving treatment. Hugo's parents Morgan and Lee are so grateful for this and all the help they have received from all the staff at GOSH, so we want to say a huge thank you and also help other parents who are/will be facing the same/similar situation. This seems the best way to do it. I am planning a fitness & fun activities day for all age groups, followed by a party & Raffle draw in the evening. Saturday 21st January 2023 at Mill Hall Arts & Events Centre, Rayleigh, Essex

The daytime fitness and activities will run from 9:45am-3:30pm, with registration for the fitness sessions starting from 9:00am.

We have a team warm up with me, Sarah Gorman. Lily Powell and Monique Eastwood at 9:45-10:00am

10:00-10:30am - Cardio Combat with Lily

10:45-11:15am - The Eastwood Method with Monique

2:15-3:15pm - Zumba Fitness Party Finale with the Zumba Instructor Team - Andrea, Jo, Maria, Tracy, Denise, Hayley, Nikki & Jay

3:15-3:30pm - Thank you and prosecco

Everyone attending the fitness sessions will receive a goody bag, containing a small bottle of water, a snack and a raffle ticket, giving you the chance to win a bottle of champagne.

Throughout the day, we shall be running various activities for children at a small cost. Face painting, penalty shootout, arts & crafts, glittery tattoos, and they are also welcome to join in with the Family Fit session. Childrens entry is FREE, but please ensure they are accompanied by an adult at all times

There will also be light refreshments available throughout the day.

Everyone is welcome to pop in to say hi/make a small donation You don't have to join in the fitness.

Then in the evening, we are holding a party with the awesome DJ, Jack Burgess of JBeats Entertainments.

Don your glad rags and come and join us on the dance floor.

Please note there is currently no bar facility at the centre, so bring your own drinks & nibbles (wine, beer, prosecco etc - there is a limit of max 12% ABV allowed at the venue, so as long as within that, all is good)

There will be a complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival.

We are running a prize draw and raffle also, and we already have some AMAZING prizes on offer. Again I shall update you as soon as I have all the details.

Please contact me directly if you would like a hard copy of a ticket, otherwise, you can pay via this page, but please state your full name, and specify the number of tickets you require, and whether they are for day/evening/both or one session. You will then receive an e mail from Just Giving. Please keep and show on the day. I am creating a register as am updated on here.
