The government significantly needs to continuously innovate and reform by making productivity a vital element in improving public service delivery. Thus, a more actionable opportunity is organized to educate the public sector, provide a collaborative and open space, and enable a culture of improved productivity.
In view of this, the Development Academy of Philippines, as the focal organization of the Asian Productivity Organization’s Center of Excellence on Public Sector Productivity, launched the Productivity Challenge Program (PCP) to support the government’s effort in raising the productivity performance of government agencies in the Philippines.

To strengthen citizen participation, the Productivity Challenge is now open to interested individuals or groups from public or private sectors (including students) who have INNOVATIVE IDEAS on improving government service delivery.
Interested individuals may submit multiple entries of their ideas / suggestions using this form, guided by the following questions:
- How might government offices provide FASTER and BETTER services to the public?
- How might government offices TRANSFORM public service delivery in the DIGITAL AGE?
Entries will be accepted starting January 2024 until September 2024.
