Arbitration in Brazil has taken off by so much that the number of parties involved in new arbitrations nearly topped those from the United States last year.
Patrícia Ferraz, Latin America regional director at the International Chamber of Commerce’s court of arbitration, told Law.com International that the difference between the U.S. and Brazil was just nine parties in 2022.
