"We posted the advert on social media earlier this week and when we opened up on Friday morning we were inundated.

"We sold 48 bottles of the 500ml within 45minutes of trading, along with five five litre bottles - which has pretty much wiped me out.

"The sanitiser is normally used for animals - cleaning out cuts and things like that.#

"It's safe for humans to use but we just couldn't believe that we were selling so many after the advert.

"We're due to get more stock in on Monday morning.

"And we had to limit customers to two each as folk were snapping them up."
