Through designing a series of simple graphics or symbols, HK Symbolendar becomes a record of protests taking place in Hong Kong since June 2019. As a calendar, hk symbolendar becomes the daily reminder for readers, recalling HongKongers the motivation for starting the protest.

Today, with hk symbolendar standing physically on our desks, let us truly recall the temperature of our memories, creating a set of common language belonging only to HongKongers.

Never forget the protest, fellow protestors and our angst. Never forget the reason that day you decided to stand up.
