We at Cornell Cooperative Extension Tompkins County/CCETC know these continue to be challenging times for you and your loved ones. It’s been almost one year since we last checked in with you- and what a year it’s been! The pandemic has challenged us all in so many ways; testing our resilience and asking us to find new supports and resources.

We want to hear how you’re doing; what’s been helpful, what’s missing, and ways that we might work together to grow individual and community resilience. We invite you to be part of this process; please let us know if you are interested in learning more about what this might look like-and please stay tuned for an invite to upcoming Community Conversations, happening later this spring!  

All the questions in this survey are optional. All answers are confidential. We can only see responses once you hit “Submit,” so please click through to the very end even if you don’t answer every question.
