Hakomi summer camp "The art of comforting and the wisdom of relaxing"
THE SUMMER CAMP IS FULL!

Receiving and giving emotional nourishment and comfort makes our lives happier and connects us more. It enhances our feelings of care and love for each other and also feeling loved by others.

We will explore how we are organizing experiences that are potentially nourishing and what’s habitually in the way of letting them into our lives.

Exploring alternatives to our habits that are causing suffering and finding nourishment in any given situation is a possibility that the Hakomi Way provides in these gentle shared mindful explorations. Deep relaxation is possible then and is a state of mind that connects us with the inner wisdom that is a source of aliveness, inspiration and creativity.

The summer camp will be multi-level so it will be relevant to those with some experience of Hakomi and those who are new to the method.

The gathering will be another wonderful opportunity for us to deepen our Hakomi practice together, enjoy each other’s company and celebrate and develop our Hakomi community in Estonia. In addition, we will be able to enjoy the beautiful nature of Western Estonian seaside in summer.

Hind sisaldab majutust 2-stes tubades, 3 toidukorda päevas ja Hakomi sessioone.

Hakomi sessioonid toimuvad inglise keeles.

From 8th of June: 580 eur

These fees include accommodation in rooms with 2 beds, 3 vegetarian meals a day and workshops.
