Business Start-up/Preplanning, Legal Issues

When managing a small business not only are you dealing with the day-to-day, but there are many other compliance elements you need to keep on your radar to ensure the long-term health of your business, such as knowing what applies to you in the context of:

  • Dept. of Labor,
  • Dept. of Revenue Services,
  • Secretary of the State,
  • licensing, and more!

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the various steps you need to take if you are just getting started, and the correct order to get them done
  • Review the various business structures and their impact on your business
  • Walk away with what an idea of what compliance and paperwork checklists should look like

Free to attend. Advance registration is required. If someone referred you to attend, please let us know in the "Referral From" section so we can thank them for helping us connect!
