Hello Vendor,
Thanks for your interesting in becoming a vendor for the 6th annual
Multicultural Fiesta! This festival highlights the eclectic mix of local foods-- by which we mean food made by locals and represent a diverse traditions from around the world!
Special-Event Vendors Contract:
Special Event Vendors will be provided with a 10x10 foot slot at event. Provide your own electricity (generator) if needed.
Fee for all Special Event license vendors ( i.e. non-business) : $60
Fee for Food trucks: $100
Vendors must:
1. All Vendors should fill out this form in order to sell food and beverage at the Multicultural Fiesta in St. James on September 14th, 2024.
2. The vendors are responsible for being in compliance with all Minnesota Department of Health requirements through the Brown Nicollet Environmental Services in St Peter, if applicable. Vendors need to display their permit at the site of the event, if applicable. Vendors are also responsible for paying any vendor permits required by the City of St. James.
*Event coordinators will host a licensure event (date TBD) wherein potential vendors will be able to apply for a Special Event License to be used at Fiesta (if applicable). Vendors can also apply independently.
3. Space is limited for vendor slots. Please confirm menu with Julio Zelaya or fill out form before August 1st, 2024. Confirmation will come from Food Vendor Coordinator, Julio Zelaya, no later than Aug 30th. Slots will not be reserved until payment of the fee is received.
4. The vendors are to inform event organizers if they have any specific needs relating to electrical or cooling needs by filling out this form.
5. Set up time is from 11-1PM on Sept. 14th, 2024, and must be booths must be set by 1PM for inspections.
