Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• MBA and/or professional qualifications such as CIMA, CCBA, CBAP, and PMP would be beneficial.
• A minimum of 02 years in a similar role or capacity, as well as a minimum of 05 years in the industry, is required.
• Previous exposure / good understanding of AGILE development methodology is required.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of SLDC with emphasis on requirement management, requirement prioritization, estimations, and stakeholder management.
• Collaboration and communication of insights/plans with the customers, business development teams, and cross-functional teams are essential.
• Contribute and lead decision-making during roadmap/release/sprint planning meetings.
• Capable of evaluating business processes and requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that deliver tangible business benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize requirement modeling techniques/tools to effectively analyze and visualize functional, non-functional, and transition requirements.
• A consultative mindset of the bigger picture to identify business problems, propose customized solutions options, and develop optimization strategies.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects parallelly with strong adaptability skills to work in fast-paced environments.
• Enthusiastic and passionate to drive change and learn new tools/concepts/technology.
