KÉRASTASE會員限定禮遇條款及細則:

  2. 優惠只適用於特選會員及不可轉讓他人，所有會籍內之數據及資料均以我們電腦系統內之紀錄為準。
  3. 數量有限，售/送完即止。
  4. 換領積分禮品時需出示身份証明及通過一次性密碼以核對會員身份，每名會籍只可免費獲贈禮品乙份。
  5. 試用裝及旅行裝產品不作個別銷售。
  6. 指定優惠不可與其他優惠同時使用。
  7. KÉRASTASE 有權更改以上內容細則/條款及所有禮品選擇而不作另行通知，敬請原諒。
  8. 如有任何爭議，KÉRASTASE將保留最終決定權。

KÉRASTASE VIP Exclusive Offers Terms & Conditions:

  1. Photo is for reference only.
  2. Only VIP members can enjoy this offer and it’s non-transferable. All data and information in relation to member accounts shall be based on our computer system record.
  3. Gift quantities are limited, while stocks last.
  4. Members are required to present identity proof and verify their identities via One-Time-Password upon redemption of gifts or loyalty points at stores. Each member can redeem the member gift once only.
  5. Sample / travel size products are not for individual sale.
  6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discount and cash coupons.
  7. In case of stock shortage, KÉRASTASE reserves the right to change the gifts without prior notice.
  8. In case of disputes, KÉRASTASE reserves the right to the final decision.

KÉRASTASE會員計劃條款及細則:

  1. 所有積分有效日期至2024年12月31日，逾期無效。
  2. 會藉有效為期12個月，由會籍開始、晉升或降級日期起計算。會員必須於累積指定消費額以維持相對會籍級別。
  3. 會員積分亦不可與其他會員之獎賞合併使用，不可兌換現金，不可轉讓。
  4. 禮品數量有限，換完即止。
  5. 回收產品舊瓶只適用於香港門市/專櫃，澳門專櫃及期間限定店除外，每月上限為15件。
  6. 自備購物袋每天只限享一次。
  7. 升級獎賞只限入會/會藉升級當日首次購物後即日換領指定禮品乙份。
  8. 會員需於12個月內有消費記錄方可以積分換領禮品/享用生日禮遇及週年感謝禮遇。
  9. 換領積分禮品時需出示身份証明及通過一次性密碼以核對會員身份。
  10. 圖片只供參考。
  11. KÉRASTASE 有權隨時審查會籍等級及特定會籍的資格標準，或根據我們的決定向會員重新分配其他會籍，恕不事先發出通知。
  12. KÉRASTASE 有權更改以上內容細則及所有禮品選擇而不作另行通知，敬請原諒。
  13. 如有任何爭議，KÉRASTASE 保留一切最終決定權。

KÉRASTASE Loyalty Club Terms & Conditions:

  1. Redemption points are valid till 31st December 2024.
  2. Membership is valid for 12 months from the membership start date or change date. Members must make valid purchases amount in order to maintain their membership status.
  3. Redemption points are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed from cash and combined for use with Redemption Points from other Members' accounts.
  4. Gift quantities are limited, while stocks last.
  5. Recycle Product Reward is applicable to Hong Kong stores / counters only, excluding Macau counter & pop-up stores. Maximum 15 bottles per customer in a month.
  6. Each customer can only enjoy “Bring Your Own Bag” offer once per day.
  7. Welcome gift is only available for redemption on the day the customer becomes member.
  8. Redemption of gifts/ Birthday Gift/ Anniversary Gift is only available for the members who have purchase record in the past 12 months.
  9. Members are required to present identity proof and verify their identities via One-Time-Password upon redemption of gifts or loyalty points at stores.
  10. Photos are for reference only.
  11. KÉRASTASE reserves the right to review membership tiers and eligibility criteria for specific membership from time to time or reassign other memberships to members based on our decision without prior notice.
  12. In case of stock shortage, KÉRASTASE reserves the right to change the gift without prior notice.
  13. In case of disputes, KÉRASTASE reserves the right of the final decision.

KÉRASTASE會員積分換禮 條款及細則:

  1. 必須於香港及澳門的KÉRASTASE店鋪消費方可成為KÉRASTASE會員及累積積分。
  2. 所有積分有效日期至2024年12月31日，逾期無效。
  3. 僅限3、6 、9及12月期間換領，會員需於12個月內有消費記錄方可以積分換領禮品。
  4. 換領積分禮品時需出示身份證明文件如信用卡及通過一次性密碼以核對會員身份，及保障會員權益。
  5. 此換購將不獲積分獎賞。
  6. 貨品數量有限，換完即止。
  7. 客戶需攜同禮品換領劵，於通知發出起三個月內，親臨指定地點換領禮品。
  8. 此換購只適用於換購指定貨品及不可兌換現金。
  9. 影印本及逾期換購劵，恕不接受
  10. 換購劵如有塗改或損毀，則予作廢。
  11. 積分一經扣除，將不獲補發。
  12. 期間限定店不提供積分換禮服務。
  13. 如有缺貨，KÉRASTASE 有權更換禮品而無須事先通知。
  14. 如有任何爭議，KÉRASTASE保留最終決定權。

KÉRASTASE Loyalty Club Gift Redemption Terms & Conditions:

  1. Only purchases made at KÉRASTASE stores in Hong Kong and Macau are valid for the initial entry of the Kérastase Loyalty Club where members could earn loyalty points.  
  2. Redemption points are valid till 31st December 2024.
  3. Redemption of gifts is only available in March, June, September, and December, for the members who have purchase record in the past 12 months.
  4. Identity proof such as credit card and One-Time-Password verification are required upon redemption.
  5. No points are issued for redemption items  
  6. Promotion is valid while stocks last.  
  7. Customers must present the redemption voucher and collect the gifts at a designated redemption center within three months of receiving notification.
  8. This redemption is valid for specific products only, it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  9. Photocopies and expired redemption vouchers will not be accepted.
  10. Redemption vouchers will be invalid if found damaged or defaced.
  11. Reward points will not be re-credited after deduction.
  12. Redemption of gifts is applicable to Hong Kong & Macau stores / counters only, excluding the pop-up stores.
  13. In case of stock shortage, KÉRASTASE reserves the right to change the gifts without prior notice.
  14. In case of disputes, KÉRASTASE reserves the right to the final decision.
