Responsibilities :
• Install, deploy, and manage MongoDB on physical and virtual machines
• Support MongoDB in a high availability, multi-datacenter environment
• Study the database needs of our applications and optimize them using MongoDB
• Design and Develop Database architecture from scratch.
• Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses
• Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
Requirements and skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in MongoDB.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB database management
• Excellent knowledge of MongoDB, data backup, recovery, security and integrity
• Install, Deploy, and Manage MongoDB on Physical, Virtual, AWS EC2 instances
• Experience designing systems that deal with large data sets and a huge volume of transactions
• Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications
• Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools
• Proven experience in Database Query Optimisation
