💭 After leave LA fornless than ideal circumstances, Eden finds herself in the small town of Star Falls with her Aunt Sassy, Sassy big group of friends, and Vito. Vito is feeling a little lost and stuck in life right now. & It seems like they both could use a little change up in their lives.

First of all, VITO -- ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS MAN? He is literally the sweetest, heart on his sleeve kind of man. And he way he is with not just Eden, but her daughter Juniper *SWOOOOOON*.

I absolutely adored Eden. She was so strong willed and determined to provide for her & her daughter. I just loved her. 🥹

This story was literally a giant hug. I absolutely adored these characters and this town. I cannot wait to take more about all of them. 🥹🤍

This is not my first Chelle book nor my last. This is book 3 in the Star Falls Series. All can be read as stand alones but are interconnected. This is the story of Eden n Vito.

The MMC, Vito has been feeling a little lost in life. He is not sure what is the next step in his career as a firefighter, having been passed by for a few different promotions. He’s been living with his parents since his divorce from his ex, Michelle, for last 5 years.

The FMC, Eden, is a single mom to her daughter Juniper. She came to town to be near her aunt Shirley Aka , Sassy. Her new rental home has a fire and she enlists the help of Vito to help her find a new home.

Vito and Eden have to learn to navigate this new found friendship. Both seem to be lost in their ways and in life and each seems to benefit from the other in their lives.

I have loved this whole series and I think this was my favorite of the 3 Bianchi characters. They had such attraction n 🔥 and he had such a loving heart especially with Junie. I devoured this book. Thank you to valentine pr for an advanced copy

I absolutely loved the return to small town Star Falls and the Bianchi family with this book! Vito and Eden are both people who are a little bit lost, and together find they make each other's lives oh so much better. Vito is a firefighter who loves helping people but has seen a lot of things he can't forget, and Eden is a single mom to adorable Juniper and moving into Star Falls without a support system. I didn't want to stop reading Vito and Eden's story until I'd read every single page. Their instant attraction and chemistry, their friendship, and their support of each other sucked me right in. Add in the over the top, but always supportive, Bianchi family? I. Am. In.

I really love this series from Chelle Bliss. The stories aren't heavy on the drama or miscommunication. Just two people meeting and falling in love. I love that I know going in, I am going to just get a great story. I really loved the performances by Samantha Brentmoor and Jason Clarke. They were just perfect for Eden and Vito. You can always feel the emotions with these narrators.

Eden moved to Star Falls to start over and leave her life in LA behind her. She wanted to focus on her daughter and their hopefully bright future. She settled in Star Falls because her Aunt Sassy lives there, and she thought it would be perfect for a fresh beginning. She wasn't expecting to be thrown for a loop when she meets Vito, the son of her aunt's best friend. She is immediately smitten with Vito, and even though getting involved with someone new so soon wasn't in her plans, sometimes life makes these decisions for you.

Vito thought love wasn't for him after his short marriage fell apart a few years ago. Now he lives at home with his parents and spends his time being the best firefighter he can be. When he meets Eden and her sweet little girl, Juniper; he starts to wonder if maybe it isn't too late for love after all. Especially when he gets called out to a fire and it's none other than Eden's house. He immediately wants to do anything he can to help her out. Slowly, Eden and Juniper become his world.

I really loved how quickly Vito bonded with Juniper. He was the sweetest hero and I really loved their story.

Burning up for love!

Eden moves to Star Falls to be closer to her aunt Sassy who is the only family she has, apart from her daughter, Juniper. Sassy takes her to meet her friends and it's at Maria Bianchi's house she meets Maria's son, Vito. There's an instant attraction between them that is hot. When Vito, who is a fire fighter, is called out on a shout, the house he gets to is Eden's. When she hears Vito's voice, she immediately runs to him, feeling safe in his arms. This only intensifies when they start to hang out together, looking at houses. The chemistry is like a raging inferno and both realise that they are meant to be.
Each book Chelle writes brings you into families that love unconditionally and are close knit. Her characters are down to earth and full of love. Can't wait for the next one!

This is the story of Vito and Eden, two lost souls who are trying to find themselves. Eden and her daughter just moved to town for a fresh start, but obviously things never happen as you wish and they had some bumps into this process. Vito is a firefighter in Star Falls and he dedicated himself to his work for the past 5 years since his ex-wife left him.
I loved the beginning of this book, it was the typical small town energy I love in a book. Vito's family are something else, loved every scene with them! Vito and Eden somehow completed each other and helped each other exactly as the other needed. I liked how they included Juniper in their daily activities, and how easy Vito fell in love with that baby. I loved this book but at the same time I think it had more potential. It was a little fast forward for my taste. Not going to spoil anything, but this is the reason I gave only 4 stars.
But a plus: you can read this book as a standalone, I didn't read the other two books and I got into this one just fine. I do want to read the other two, so I just put those in my TBR list!

Thank you so much, Chelle Bliss and Valentine PR for this ARC. This is my sincere review!

If you are looking for a quick romance that has a close-knit family, then I think you will really enjoy this book. Vito is a firefighter, has been one for 14 years, and he just feels like he doesn't really know what his next step needs to be. Eden is a single mother who just moved to the small town of Star Falls and is looking to start a new life for her and her daughter. When a tragedy hits Eden and Vito is there to help, a new friendship starts up.

I loved that even though there was attraction between these two they took awhile to act on it. I loved that Vito was there for Eden and he was there to help her. I also loved how much Vito cared about Juniper and how they just took right to each other. There isn't anything new or groundbreaking with this book, it is kind of predictable, but sometimes that's just the kind of book you want to read.

Eden is a single mom who has relocated to the small town of Star Falls where her aunt lives. This small town romance delivers with down on luck, ex-wife drama and finding your place in the world. Plenty of laughs and sexiness but overall the cuteness in the pages left me with a smile. So Good!

Never Too Close🌸

Vito and Eden’s story is next up and it’s a great story❣️

Vito is a firefighter and after getting divorced, five years prior, he moves back in with his parents. He appears to be floundering and unsettled for the most part, that is until Eden and her daughter Juniper move to Star Falls😍

Eden is hoping to make a fresh start in Star Falls, with her daughter Juni. This will be the first time Juni gets so meet some of Eden’s immediate family…but of course as luck would have it, the sexy, well dressed man who greets her at the front door, is in for a surprise😳

Can’t wait for more in this series. I’m really starting to get a feel for these characters now❣️I received an advanced copy and voluntarily leave my honest review❤️

So sweet and heartfelt!

Never Too Close is the third book in the Star Falls series but can be read as a stand alone. This was my first Chelle Bliss novel and I absolutely adore her writing style.

Although there is no real conflict in this novel, it is a sweet small town romance story and was honestly just so wholesome. I read it in less than four hours!

Wonderful Story & Narration🎧 Heartwarming & Delightful!

Never Too Close
Star Falls, Book 3
By: Chelle Bliss
Narrated by: Samantha Brentmoor, Jason Clarke

This fabulous friends-to-lovers small town romance not only captivated my attention the entire time, but it tugged on my heartstrings too. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they are likable too. Vito Bianchi, a firefighter who moved back in with his parents after his divorce. He could have gotten his own place, but with his job, he preferred to not be alone when he came home, and he and his family have a good relationship, so it worked. Eden Byrne, a single mom, moved from L.A. to Star Falls to start over. She had met Vito when she went to see her aunt, who was friends with his mother and was visiting. When her new rental home caught fire, Vito was one of the firefighters who responded. Vito took an immediate likely to her and her daughter and they became friends quickly. The chemistry between them was undeniable, and they could only deny each other for so long. This is a heartwarming story, and I loved how it all played out. The writing, plot and world building are fantastic, as are the character growth and development. I also loved the camaraderie amongst the Bianchi’s, children and parents, his mother reminds me of my friend’s mom, hilarious, always meddling, always meaning well. Chelle Bliss, thank you for another wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 Samantha Brentmoor and Jason Clarke are a superbly talented narration team, their voices and performances complement each other and the quality of their audio is top-notch. They understand the characters they are portraying, give each a voice that is fitting and are believable in every role they perform. Brentmoor nailed it as Eden, grasping every aspect of her personality, from her insecurities to her strength and determination. Clarke was just as fabulous as Vito, the swoon worthy firefighter with a heart of gold. Both were fantastic performing the roles of the secondary characters and handled the witty dialogue with ease. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling them all. These two are entertaining storytellers and their performance elevates this already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another wonderful listen.

𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐨 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 is the third book in the Star Falls series by Chelle Bliss, featuring a sweet and spicy friends to lovers romance for Vito and Eden. Firefighter Vito has been living for work for the past 5 years since his ex-wife left, ignoring the possibility of having more in his life. One call to a residential fire changes everything, when he realizes that the occupants are Eden and her baby girl, Juniper, who he recently met. Eden was in town for a fresh start for her and Junie and a fire was the last thing they needed. Vito suddenly found himself wanting to help them as much he could, and a new friendship quickly blossomed. As feelings grow and sparks fly, can two people who’ve had their hearts broken risk stoking the flames of passion and be together?

I was thrilled to return to Star Falls for Vito’s story, and what a great story it was!! I loved the way they initially met, and how Junie made her first impression.😂 Vito and Eden’s connection felt very organic as they evolved from friends to lovers, even if it was fast. And the chemistry? Whoa! Plenty of fire!!🔥🔥 At the same time, though, Vito was surprisingly sweet, like his girls settled him. As usual, the Bianchi family were a priceless addition to the story!! They bring so much banter, love, support, and meddling.😂 As Eden found the support system she always wanted, needed, and deserved, Vito seemed to find a strength and confidence in himself bolstered by her belief in him. I enjoyed the low-angst level of this one, though there was some drama. At one point, I really wanted Vito to give someone a piece of his mind!! You’ll have to read to find out why!!😏 Don’t miss your chance to visit with the Bianchis!!

I received an ARC for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.

A low angst, small town, single parent romance is the charming gem that you will find between the pages of Never Too Close. This third installment of the Star Falls series by Chelle Bliss is truly a softly sweet romantic delight. Bliss' writing is easy to read, clear and conversational, creating the perfect environment for a gentle and well paced read. Bliss' characters are dimensional and well rounded, each clearly playing the role they need to. Never Too Close is perfectly heart warming and a gentle no/low conflict romance that is perfect for a Sunday evening at home.

This novel is between Vito and Eden. Eden is new to town, she is a single mother, and she is here to put down roots and build the family and future that she wants for herself and her daughter. Vito is a firefighter at a cross roads in his own life, unsure of what his future will hold. These two have a charming first meeting and the attraction easily grows between these two. This romance is sensual, gentle and has a careful and clear build. I love that his novel is not about obstacles but more about building a relationship that has a future. I love the way these two easily understand the other and give their trust. I love the way Vito falls for Juniper, Eden's daughter. I love how these two easily intertwine their lives and support the other, build the other up, and trust the other through the ups and downs of every day life. Bliss shows the reader that romance and love is built in the everyday, that that the butterfly feelings are just as intense and endearing as the fiery sparks of chemistry.

If you are in the mood for a gentle love story than look no further than Never Too Soon, I was easily romanced and fell head over heels for Vito, Eden and Juniper and absolutely adored their love story and family. I would definitely recommend this novel, and it can be read as a standalone as well as being an absolutely delight when read in series order.

Never Too Close is yet another sweet story involving that boisterous and all-around wonderful Bianchi family. This time around, brother Vito gets his happily ever after with the new woman in town, escaping her prior life for a better one with her adorable daughter, Juniper. Eden Byrne just wants a place to land after her tumultuous short-lived affair with her boss. She's a sweetheart and has her crazy Aunt Sassy as the person who helps her get settled in Star Falls but it's Vito who truly makes her feel at home, in more ways than one.

Chelle Bliss has a way with these tight-knit and very loving Italian families and the Bianchis are no different. I loved how they rally around each other and immediately bring Eden and Juniper into their fold. Vito is such a good guy, understanding how lucky he is to have his parents to soften the blow of seeing way too much at times as a firefighter and having had a place to retreat to after his divorce from Michelle. They raised a man who knows a good thing when he sees it with Eden and falls hard for her and Junie like it's second nature.

Vito and Eden's romance goes from zero to sixty pretty quickly but it truly felt right for both of them and with a few minor bumps concerning long-held secrets and exes, I knew these two would make it. It was great fun from start to finish, with Bliss always giving her all with a well-written and thought-out storyline.

I'm hopeful more is on the horizon since this Bianchi crew is addictive and wicked joyful to be around, even in the tougher times. Perhaps we'll get a crossover someday between the Bianchis and the Gallos, a true competition for who can be the loudest. My kind of contest. LOL!

In the meantime, grab Never Too Close for a wonderful reading experience that will undoubtedly leave you smiling.

The fire fighter and the single mum

We're back in Star Falls for book #3, NEVER TOO CLOSE. This is a single mum, protective hero, found family love story which was beautifully written by Chelle Bliss.

Fire fighter Vito Bianchi is stuck in a rut and feeling lost. When his marriage ended five years earlier, he moved back in with his parents, and nothing had changed. Promotions have passed him by, and Vito is unsure what to do. Eden Byrne is a single mum to little Juniper. She's recently moved to Star Falls to be closer to her only family, Aunt Shirley. Eden was ready to start her life over and do her best for her daughter.

From the moment Vito set eyes on Eden he knew she was special, she made him think of a future he could only dream of. Vito was falling hard for both Eden and Juniper, but in the back of his mind he had the constant worry that Eden would think he wasn't enough for her. Eden had her own worries, one being a secret she couldn't tell. As the friendship deepened, Vito's protective and caring nature really began to shine, and the way he was with little Juniper ... be still my beating heart. I loved that Eden found herself lovingly welcomed into the Bianchi family, it's just what she needed, to feel loved. Vito and Eden were perfect for each other, they gave each other balance.

NEVER TO CLOSE was such a wonderful read. I loved that there was no major drama, it was simply two people getting to know each other, learning to trust again, and finding unexpected love. I have to say that Vito and Eden's story is my favourite of the series, they stole my heart and made me smile.

Eden and Vito have been through a lot in their lives. When Vito’s ex-wife walked out the door five years ago, it really affected him. He gave up on love, threw himself into his job as a firefighter, and moved back in with his parents. When he went on a fire call and realized the person affected by the fire was Eden and her daughter, he knew he had to do something.

Eden moved to Star Falls to start over away from Los Angeles and move near her aunt Sassy. With her daughter, Juniper, and dreams of a bright future for the both of them. What she didn’t expect was to be immediately accepted by her aunts’ friends and family and to be immediately drawn to Vito. After a difficult night, he is around more than ever, and he is great with her daughter.

The beginning of this book was cute, I loved the small-town feel and how everyone is there for each other, no questions asked. I know when Eden moved to Star Falls, she could not imagine strangers helping her, and she did not know how to react when they did, but it was easy for everyone to accept Juniper and include her. I typically love Chelle Bliss books, but I truly felt that something was missing from this one. I could not completely connect with these characters.

Never Too Close, can be read as a standalone or as a continuation of the Star Fall Series. I did not read the other two books in the series, and I was able to pick up on who the characters were easily. I thought the difficulties of being a first responder and what they face was handled well. I do not think that it is touched on enough. I was glad to see that included.

Never Too Close is the third book in the Star Falls series and can be read as a standalone. The books in this series are interconnected. I have not read books one and two, so this is my introduction to the characters. This was my first book by Chelle Bliss; however, it won't be my last. I enjoyed Vito and Eden's story.

I love small-town romances, and I was immediately pulled into this story. Vito and Eden are perfect for each other and I was rooting for them. Both of them are a bit lost in life. After a failed marriage Vito threw himself into his career as a firefighter and has made no time for new love. Eden is a single mother who hopes to start fresh by moving to Star Falls with her daughter Juniper. When they meet, they become fast friends and are instantly attracted to each other. Vito and Eden have amazing chemistry. Chelle created believable and relatable characters. I loved the scenes with sweet little Juniper and those with Vito's family. I love how Eden was able to find the support system she was longing for. This is a heartwarming and fun read about two people who stop getting in their own way and find unexpected love.

Never Too Close gives romance, spice, a little drama, humor, fun banter, and a wonderful but meddling family. The story is well-written, and everything flows well, making it easy to read in one sitting. I highly recommend this story for those looking for a feel-good romance that will leave a smile on your face.

This third installment of the Star Falls series was a great read and a great addition to this series! In this standalone book we get Eden and Vito's story and what a relatable story it was.

Eden, new to Star Falls is starting over and becoming closer to her Aunt Sassy. She has a toddler daughter and is looking to get her life on track and to find herself. What she doesn't expect is to meet Vito and having some bad luck such as a fire in her rental house. Despite having sworn off men and what starting as a friendship turns into more with Vito.

Vito, feeling stuck in his life either as the middle child or by being passed over for promotions at the fire department that he has been working at for 14 years was not expecting Eden to come into his life. Despite his divorce being several years ago, he has no desire to go down the marriage path again as he was left with feelings of inadequacy from his divorce. What he doesn't expect is his reaction to Eden and her daughter coming into his life.

This pair was a well written, relatable pair. Eden being a single parent trying to restart her life and Vito by feeling stuck in the day to day grind not getting anywhere. In what started out as a friendship their relationship quickly turned into more for this pair. They had chemistry that was off the charts and I liked how both characters explored what they wanted to do to improve their life which makes them that much more relatable. I liked the brief return of the characters from the previous books in the series also. This is all before we even discuss Eden's daughter Juniper!

Overall, this was a great read that I would recommend to others.

This is book 3 in the Star Falls series and it can absolutely be read as a standalone, although I do recommend reading the other books before this one. Vito Bianchi had given up on love years ago after his wife walked out the door. He immersed himself in his work, letting one day pass into the next so he didn’t dwell on what was missing in his life. But when he’s called out to a fire at the home of Star Falls newest resident, he couldn’t stop himself from being sucked in to her world. Eden Byrne moved to the small town of Star Falls for a fresh start. The single mother wanted a better life for herself and her daughter far away from her past in Los Angeles. She promised herself she wouldn’t get involved with another man, but when the hot fireman becomes her newest friend, she can’t outrun the world of possibilities.

I loved Vito and Eden together. Vito went through things with his ex that he let affect his life years later, and never even truly realized it until he met Eden. Eden went through something that no woman wants to go through. And while it is affecting her life now-she isn't letting it define her or what she wants to do with her life or daughter. I loved the interactions with Juniper and how his family never treated her any differently even though she was theirs biologically. These two learned how to not only leave the past behind but learned to be able to trust and lean on each other when they truly needed it. The one thing I didn't like? The interactions with the ex, I thought she was kinda thrown in there to throw a wrench in their lives and for no other reason. Otherwise, I love everything else about this book!

This is the 3rd book in the Star Fall Series.

Vito Bianchi is a divorcee and a firefighter. Currently he lives at home with his parents. He wants to be around them in case they need anything. He figures he would either always be at their house or they would always be over at his place, so why not just stay at their house! Vito doesn't have a college education, and now that he's applied for a few upper management jobs with the fire station and been passed over, he realizes he may need to go to college for a degree, as it seems everyone is coming in with degrees and even PhD's!

Eden Byrne was living in LA, and now moved to Star Falls for a fresh start and to be near her Aunt Sassy. She is a young single mother and is also looking at going to college. But, she needs to figure out what she might want as her career.

Eden's rental burns one night and Vito and his crew are there to put it out and to help her. She feels safe with Vito. Even though they don't know each other at all, she likes that safe feeling she has around him.

Eden doesn't know anyone in Star Falls except for Vito and his family. She calls Vito to go house hunting with her to make sure her next place isn't a fire trap! Vito & Eden start spending more and more time together as friends mainly since her young daughter interrupts anything they try to get started.

Will Eden & Vito be able to open their hearts to each other even with their past hurt they both have?

I did receive a free ARC copy of this book. I am freely leaving an honest review.

Never Too Close is the third book in the Star Falls series by Chelle Bliss. While it is part of a series, you can read it as a standalone.

Vito Bianchi is a firefighter who is living at home with his parents after his marriage fell apart several years ago. He's not been able to figure out how to move forward and he's not sure he'll ever find love again.

Eden Byrne has come to Star Falls to start over with her young daughter Juniper. She is in need of a fresh start and her only family, her Aunt Sassy, lives in the small town. Eden hasn't had it easy over the last period and she's looking to figure out her life going forward without a man.

When Vito and Eden meet, they become fast friends and it's obvious there is an attraction there, but neither one acts on it initially. They both need a friend and they can each provide that support to the other. Both have been hurt in the past, so trust isn't the easiest for either one of them, but when their relationship begins to change, can they trust it enough to realize it might be the best thing they've ever experienced?

There are so many wonderful, sweet, hot and endearing moments in this book. I love how the Bianchi family brings Eden and Junie in and showers them with love and affection almost immediately. It was so heartwarming. This was a fantastic addition to this series!

**I read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review**

Never Too Close
Star Falls, Book 3
By: Chelle Bliss
Narrated by: Jason Clarke, Samantha Brentmoor

Once again, I am visiting family! I cannot get enough of Chelle Bliss and her incredible way of welcoming me into her small town romances. This one is especially wonderful as love finds a second chance. Vito Bianchi is never falling in love again. After his wife stomped on his heart, he isn't willing to go through the pain all over again. That is until he is called to put out a house fire for Eden. Eden is not even settled into her new home with her daughter. Now Vito may just see some light come into his life. This is a fantastic story, taking us into the home of the Biachi's, the meddling family members, the banter of siblings and all around good feelings. Vito is hesitant with his heart, but the chemistry between him and Eden is so strong, I couldn't wait for him to just give in! Eden is a bit stubborn, but is a strong woman, independent and wanting to start her new chapter of life. And her daughter, Juni is just the cherry on top, bringing all the smiles to my face. I loved this installment of the series and can't wait for more.

Add in that Jason Clarke and Samantha Brentmoor are the narrators and this is pure Bliss(pun intended). I knew it was going to be spot on with each character and I enjoyed every minute of their collaboration. This was pure entertainment for the ears!

📚Review~ Never Too Close (Star Falls #3)
🖋Author~ Chelle Bliss
🖋Genre: friends to lovers, single mother, protective alpha, family saga
⭐️Rating 4/5

Eden: I never dreamed I could have this kind of happiness. And every once in a while, I still get worried that Vito will leave or that Nathan will come back...

Vito and Eden's story is part of the Star Falls series. It's a wonderful story of love, forgiveness, and the power of belonging. While Eden hasn't had the best of anything in her life, she is determined to make a fresh start for her and her daughter by moving into the small town of Star Falls. Support comes from her steadfast Aunt Sassy who introduces Eden to her dearest friends, the Bianchi family.

While Vito has been adrift for several years, going through the motions since his divorce and not really satisfied with his personal or professional life, he's not sure exactly what is missing. Then he meets Eden and her precious Juniper. Now, Vito finds himself pulled toward mother and child, helping them, enjoying every moment he can spend with them. Even when his job as a firefighter becomes difficult, he turns to Eden for his happily ever after.
