David J. Reif and his wife, Jennifer, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1608 Baxter Forest Ridge Court in Chesterfield for $485,000.

The Reifs bought the property for $490,000 in Jan. 2008. The 2,901-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the South of 64 neighborhood. Amy Stone of Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent.

Mr. Reif is an executive vice president in the St. Louis office of Midland Development Group, a full service commercial real estate development company. He has been involved in commercial real estate business since 1993. He joined Midland in 2003 after working for Pelican Bay Development in Naples, Fla.

He earned his B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a J.D. from the Washington University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 524 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $303,000.
