Gratitude is simply the most powerful of all the universal laws.

Gratitude allows all of the other laws to fall into place and work for you and me.

Gratitude allows us to enjoy the incredible journey of living a life that we control.

Being thankful for what I have … truly thankful, not just rote words I could recite…

But feeling so much gratitude from within for everything, that I consciously shift my world.

I think about  the word “being”.  It is a verb, an action word. When I am in the action of being it is something that I am and everything associated with what I am “being” applies.

As I sit here and type this post, I am thinking  a myriad of thoughts …

Just allowing the feelings that come rushing up from my heart wash through me

Relishing the energetic shifts that come with each one …

Being supportive…

Being loving…

Being quiet …

Being romantic…

Being excited…

Being inspired …

Being at ease…

Being passionate…

Being totally turned on … totally on fire

As the pictures of  “being”  these things roll through my mind and the feelings well up from my heart … I am able to perfectly describe each and every  action and feeling that I  associate with the individual ” being”.

Now when I am  “Being Grate-full” …  What comes into my mind and my heart?

Peace, happiness, grace, ease.

My heart is pounding in my chest. I feel all these words from the inside out … there is a huge shift in my vibrational energy… I feel lighter … and more expanded … I am radiating outwards … craving more of this exquisite feeling … wanting to pour it into someone else … to share this amazing energy with everyone I can.

Life changes.

I can help others by simply being grate-full … By uplifting others I raise their energy, which in turns raises mine even higher.

Imagine how often, in the course of a day, I can do this!

Imagine how often YOU can do this for yourself and for others …

The man with whom I dance uncommon …

NIR-A-VANNA is when you don’t need much
and just the mere fact that your LUNGS work

even a little, because to complain dismisses
all that you already are grate-full for having.

NIR-A-VANNA is getting excited over AIR and
getting drunk and gitty over how lucky
you are to have an UNLIMITED amount of water to
drink.

NIR-A-VANNA is having enough freedom to
eat Chef-Boy-Ar-Di beef RAVIOLI cold
out-uv-the-can when your wife isn’t home
because that’s how you ate when you were
broke years back and the memory of SIMPLE
LIVING is a memory you relish and want again.

NIR-A-VANNA is losing your EGO and calling
your cranky parents and saying, “LOVE YOU MORE!”

NIR-A-VANNA is knowing WHERE you’ll end up
after you push up daisies.
