Business Process Consultant - Telecoms in South-east, London

We are looking for consultants, preferably from Telecommunications industry, to join Altran for operational improvements

and organizational business processes implementations for our clients.

Typical Projects include:

Analysis, design and implementation of business processes and information systems.

Development, measurement, analysis and reporting of indicators.

Skills Required:

1. Experience in Telecom Domain/ Telecommunication Business Consultancy in.

* Operations:

o Supply, Sales, Customer Management, Assurance, Fraud, Portability, Risk, charging and billing.

o Development and Implementation of products and services.

* Experience in other sectors (industrial, energy, health, etc).

* Knowledge and experience in handling some of the following tools:

o Reference models and best practices Telco / IT: ITIL v3, eTOM, CMMI.

* Customer facing experience specifically with top management: General, Directors of area, etc..

* Analytical ability and creativity.

* Ability to merge different market practices with business processes of different clients.

* Ability to work as a team

2. Proven track record of successful business process design and implementation for cross-functional large scale

strategic initiatives.

3. Demonstrated experience working with process design methodologies and collaboratively working with representatives

from each functional area of the business and with the end customer to define, document, design, implement, and monitor

complex business processes using an industry standard BPM framework while insuring process optimization.

4. Define the gap analysis between existing and future processes including functional and system requirements.

5. Recognize interdependencies and relationships that foster value creation across our business.

6. Strong functional End to End understanding of Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing domains & operational experience in

Telco environment for various Telecom Products and handheld development lifecycle. (PSTN/Mobile/Broadband/IPTV)

7. Fluency in English essential.
