Advisor of the Year Award
This honor will be awarded to an individual that has demonstrated outstanding service as an advisor of an SJSU recognized student organization.  

Additional criteria include:
*Thoroughness of application
*Must be an employee (faculty or staff) of San Jose State University
*Maintains a strong working relationship with the organization’s membership
*Actively participates in the organization’s meetings, activities, programs, etc.
*Fulfills the duties outlined and expected by the organization
*Contributes to the development of the organization and its members by providing advice and support in various areas

All application submissions must be submitted via online. Hardcopy applications and material will not be accepted! Supplemental material (photos, PowerPoint, website links, etc.) can be emailed to studentorgs@sjsu.edu. Video clips must be provided through a YouTube link.  

Please also include photos of your organization to be used for the event slideshow.

Award applications must be submitted by Friday, March 24, 2017 at 5:00 pm (PST). Late submissions will not be accepted.
