SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Illumination Photography Studio, the Senior Portrait Division of [BIG] Photo, is the official photographer for Assumption High School. You must have your yearbook photo taken with us to appear in the yearbook and on the class composite.
All seniors must be photographed before school starts in August! To schedule your Yearbook or Lifestyle appointment, please follow these instructions:
1. Visit the following website: shop.studioillumination.com
2. Click on “APPOINTMENTS” under the Illumination and [BIG] Photo logos.
3. Click on “BOOK NOW” button– select a day and time that works best for you.
4. To receive a DISCOUNT on Yearbook sessions, please enter the code that matches your month listed below before checking out. (You will see a “REDEEM COUPON” tab on the top left when you get to the checkout page.)
Illumination Lifestyle & Destination Sessions
We recommend scheduling outdoor photography between 9am - 11am or 4pm - 5pm for best natural light and to stay cool. As a courtesy to your classmates, please schedule your appointment 10 - 14 days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Your Lifestyle portraits should reflect your personality, so feel free to bring your school ring, sports uniform, musical instrument, or prom dress. You can even bring your pet if you notify us before the shoot! We will provide the classic drape for your yearbook photo. Please remember to have something strapless to wear at the studio for your yearbook sitting.
To schedule an appointment for an Illumination Destination photo session, please give us a call at 502-585-3103 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. We will be happy to design the perfect session that include some of your favorite locations. Payment for sitting fee is due at the time of booking your appointment.
Parents, it's your time to shine too!
If you would like, we would love to take a photo of you and your Senior together. We will include a 5x7 of this family pose free of charge with any print order.

Parking is FREE if you use the Brown Hotel Parking Garage off 3rd Street, or the 5th Street PARC Garage by the Brennan House.
ONCE YOU GET HERE
Check in with the photo coordinator on the 2nd floor. We will confirm your information and get your session started. Schedule your session early and save on your sitting fees!
Your yearbook photo will be taken first. If you wish to be photographed in additional outfits, you will have several contemporary indoor and outdoor backgrounds options.
We will take 15-20 poses in each of your outfits, customizing your photo session based on your interests and your selected outfits.
HOW TO VIEW YOUR SESSION PHOTOS
After your session you will receive an email with a link to your photos. Here, you can view and place your order online. Photo packages begin at $100. Please place your order within 3 weeks of your photo session. A $25 charge may be added to orders placed after March 31st. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Remember, light retouching is FREE and is included in all of our packages! Need additional retouching like a background change or braces removal? No problem! We’re retouching experts. Give us a call and we will estimate separately based on your request. Customize your order to meet your needs!
ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER
If you choose to pick your photos up here at our Illumination downtown office, we will call you when your order is ready. If you prefer, we can ship them to you for a $20 fee. We use UPS to guarantee prompt, safe delivery of your prints. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail, when they leave our studio. Orders over $200 get free UPS Shipping! The staff at Illumination is dedicated to your complete satisfaction! While we guarantee our quality, we can’t be responsible for the student’s personal appearance. We will schedule a retake, (free of charge) for any technical issue such as poor focus or poor exposure. If you choose to do retakes for a personal reason, there is a $25 charge.
