Athens Amphitheater & Budweiser Zero are excited to present the Athens Amphitheater Groundbreaking Drive-In Concert – a socially distanced event to celebrate the future Athens Amphitheater venue with the community!  We look forward to having attendees experience the first glimpse at what will be Athens’ new premier outdoor entertainment facility.  Please review the FAQs below for the September 25th concert event.  We thank you and can’t wait for the show!

WILL TRAVIS TRITT & GUESTS PERFORM IN PERSON OR IS THIS A RECORDED OR SIMULCAST EVENT?

All artists will perform LIVE and IN PERSON on stage (just like a normal show).

 WHERE SPECIFICALLY IS THIS EVENT AT ATHENS AMPHITHEATER TAKING PLACE?

200 Boley Drive Athens, GA 30601. The event will take place in the gravel parking lot of the future Athens Amphitheater

 DO I HAVE TO STAY IN MY VEHICLE DURING THE SHOW?

No! You will be allowed to watch the show from outside the vehicle but will be required to stay within your designated parking space. Parking spaces have been set up to allow for space for lawn chairs, blankets, etc. You must continue to maintain all social distancing requirements. Do not block roadways and please use common courtesy as we want everyone to enjoy the show.

 HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED PER VEHICLE?

6 people is the maximum allowed per vehicle/tailgate space.

 DOES EVERYONE IN THE VEHICLE NEED A TICKET?

No, the event is ticketed by vehicle, therefore you only need to purchase and present one ticket per vehicle. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed per vehicle/tailgate space.

 HOW DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?

All tickets must be purchased online prior to the event at www.freshtix.com  Tickets will not be  sold on-site. Only trust tickets purchased via Freshtix; do not trust/purchase tickets from third-party ticket sellers.

  HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?

When you arrive, you will present your ticket for contact-free scanning. Please hold your phone or print-at-home ticket out of your window so event staff can scan. Your party must arrive in the same vehicle.  

 HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE? WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW START?

Gates for the show will not be open for entry until 5:30pm; music starts at 6:30pm. YOU MUST BE IN YOUR PARKING AREA/SPACE BY 7:30 or you will be directed to rear of the parking lot regardless of purchased ticket price.

I HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET AND I LOST IT, OR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

 WHAT IF MY PLANS CHANGE AND I CAN NO LONGER USE MY TICKET?

All sales are final. No refunds will be available.  If you have any questions about your tickets or issues with your order, please contact greenlight@freshtix.com.

 ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Yes! This is an ALL AGES show.

 ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?

Spaces are general admission within each price level (also known as your color zone). Within each color zone, cars will be parked in order of arrival by our parking team. Please keep your ticket out and ready to show to event staff at multiple checkpoints until your vehicle is parked. No spaces can be reserved for groups.

HOW DO I LISTEN TO/WATCH THE SHOW?

We will have a live audio system (just like at a normal show). Large LED screens will be set-up to help improve the viewing. Fans will be allowed to sit outside their cars to enjoy the show!

 WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Get out of your car and enjoy the show! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets! You can also bring your truck or SUV and drop the tailgate!

*NO COOLERS ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS EVENT.

 WHAT KINDS OF VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED?

Vehicles are limited to standard specifications. No oversized vehicles or vehicles that obstruct views will be allowed into the venue (i.e. RVs, busses, limousines, lifted trucks, sprinter vans, etc).

  CAN I LEAVE MY ENGINE ON DURING THE CONCERT? HOW ABOUT MY HEADLIGHTS?

No, you will be asked to turn off your headlights once parked and required to turn off your engine just before show time.

 CAN I ROLL DOWN MY WINDOWS DURING THE SHOW?

Absolutely!

 CAN I LEAVE THE HATCHBACK OF MY SUV OPEN?

Hatchbacks may be open but must be kept no higher than the top of the vehicle to prevent blocking the view of those behind you.

 IS TAILGATING PERMITTED?

For the safety of all event staff and fans, traditional tailgating will NOT be allowed (yard games, grills or fryers, generators, etc.)

 ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS OR ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED?

Yes. Drugs, signs/banners, fireworks, laser pointers, flags, drones, tents/tarps, kerosene lamps or open flames, grills, or weapons of any kind WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Selling, promoting, or advertising any third-party companies or products will not be permitted. DISORDERLY CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED OR PERMITTED. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?

You cannot bring a cooler into the event.  There will be concession areas selling alcohol & non-alcoholic beverages, as well as, several food trucks onsite.  These areas can be found on the site plan.  We ask that attendees limit the reason to leave their designated parking area. Attendees must follow all social distancing restrictions and instructions. Lines will have clear markers to maintain proper distancing. Masks are recommended and encouraged upon leaving your vehicle to purchase concessions.

 WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?

Yes, temporary toilets will be available and located per the site plan. We ask that attendees limit the reason to leave their designated parking area. Attendees must follow all social distancing restrictions and instructions. Lines will have clear markers to maintain proper distancing. Masks are recommended and encouraged upon leaving your vehicle to use the restroom.

 WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING THE EVENT?

If you have an emergency, please call 911 first, then notify the nearest event staff member.

  WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Merchandise sales are TBD at this time.  We will update fans as soon as we are able to.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Event will continue rain or shine. Your safety is our priority, so in the event that local safety officials deem it unsafe to continue the show, we will communicate that to everyone via the video walls

 CAN WE COME AND GO FROM THE EVENT?

Once you arrive, you will not be permitted to leave the grounds until the conclusion of the show, except in the case of an emergency.

 WHAT IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE?

We encourage attendees to allow themselves plenty of time to arrive and be parked before the start of the show. However, if you do arrive late (after 7:30 PM), our parking attendants will direct you to the rear of the parking lot regardless of your purchased ticket price.  This is to not distract other attendees and artists during their performance.

 ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No pets will be allowed into the event unless it is a licensed service or support animal.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH OUR TRASH?

There will be trash receptacles located throughout the property.  Please use social distancing when locating these.

 AT WHAT TIME CAN WE EXIT?

Immediately following the conclusion of the event please pay attention to all exit announcements as well as the instruction from parking attendants at the end of the show. This will allow everyone to get out efficiently and in a timely manner.

This/these ticket(s) has/have no cash value.  

No refunds, no exchanges.  Event date and time subject to change.

In the event of a cancellation, the face value of each ticket (less any discounts and/or rebates) is wholly refundable to the original purchaser for a period of up to thirty (30) days, unless local statute states otherwise.  Any fees above and beyond the face value of each ticket are non-refundable. Complimentary tickets have no value.

 Any individual attending an event by license of this/these ticket(s), hereby voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, including but not limited to, the risk of contracting a communicable disease as a direct or indirect result of the actions of his/herself and/or another individual.  For avoidance of doubt, the term “communicable disease shall include COVID-19.  Holder expressly releases the management, facility, event promoter, artists, contractors, and all their respective agents and employees from any claims arising as a result of attending said event.

 Management reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the face value of this or any ticket, to deny entry to, or eject from, the event any individual deemed to be disorderly, or posing a risk to the general public.  Such assessment is at the sole discretion of the event management.

This, or any, ticket may be revoked at any time, and entry to the event denied, upon full refund of the face value of said ticket, less ticketing fees, refunds and/or cash discounts.

 Underage or excessive drinking will not be tolerated and we insist that you drink responsibly. If your party is consuming alcoholic beverages, please plan to have a designated driver.
