“… IPAs are here to stay, and brewers, being curious, experimental, and risk takers, will continue to explore new flavor combinations with new hop varieties and will continue to try new and unconventional techniques to make their hoppy beer stand out from the crowd.
I cannot think of anyone more suited to documenting this emerging path of IPA than Dick Cantwell. He’s a fantastic, engaging writer and is so well-versed in beer styles and brewing techniques that he’s a natural for this subject. Very few brewers in this business are more closely aligned with what craft beer is all about than Dick Cantwell.”

My husband over the past couple years has got into homebrewing, with IPA being his favorite. I got him this book thinking he would love some of the top IPA recipes around. We have tried a few, he liked most. Can't wait to try to make them all. And who knows, when my husband starts his own Mico-brewery you might see a tweaked version of one of these.
