Bridges to a New Day, nfp is hosting a Virtual Run/Walk Fundraiser on April 7 at 9 am until April 14 at 10 pm. We hope to raise $10,000 at this fundraising event. You can help us reach our goal by registering and donating. We are encouraging business/families to run together (socially distance or make it a contest). Entry fees are $35 per person or a group of 5 at $140 (must be from the same family or business or community organization). Events in this category include the 5k Race and Distance Walk Contest
If you are not a runner but want to participate then you can participate in our Bunny Hop costume contest. The entry fee is $10 for the contest. While the bunny costume can have some store purchased items, it cannot be completely store purchased. All you have to do is take a picture of you in your bunny costume (or your pet) and submit it to fund@bridgestoanew day.org. Pictures will be posted on our facebook page. The winners will be chosen by the Bridges to a New Day board members.
Participants must register and pay by March 25th. Participants that register before March 1st will be entered into a raffle to win a Chromebook or Coach Purse. Participants for the 5K Race and Distance walk must also keep track of time and miles via a run/walk app or fitbit tracker. Screenshots of miles and time must be submitted to fund@bridgestoanewday.org to compete. A complete set of rules will be sent to all participants by email.
