The Pennsylvania 2020 Democratic Coordinated Campaign, Back To Blue, is looking for highly motivated student leaders to join our campus team to educate their peers on voting practices and turn them out in November to elect Joe Biden and flip the PA legislature.

These volunteer positions are perfect for someone passionate about politics, policy, public service, and civic engagement. The ideal candidate will be someone with or looking to gain organizing experience, eager to elect Democrats, and passionate about voting rights.

Campus Ambassadors will educate their peers on how to register to vote, help them request an absentee or mail ballot, organize campus-wide events like Debate Watch Parties, relationally organize their networks, and phonebank with Field Organizers to elect Democrats up and down the ballot. Some of the weekly Ambassador requirements can be accomplished in the organizing that they do with their College Democrats, Students for Biden, or another approved political organization.

Associate Campus Ambassadors should expect to organize for approximately 4 hours per week. Associate CAs will relationally organize their peers, attend a weekly meeting with the Campus Ambassadors at their school, and complete two phonebanking shifts with a local Field organizer every week.
