This nomination is to showcase a great Crandall ISD employee for acts that he or she have done this past month.  This can be any employee of Crandall ISD.  Please be specific.  If the nomination you submit is chosen, you will be asked to present the recognition at the next scheduled School Board Meeting.  The selection of this recognition will be taken from all nominations made by the first week of every month.  If the nomination is made after the first week of the month, it will be collected for the following month.  There is no need to nominate more than once.  The staff member will be recognized for the nomination even if not selected for the district M.V.P.

The nomination should be based on the following:
*Going above and beyond for a specific circumstance
*Making a positive impact
*Demonstrating Pirate Pride
*Exhibiting job excellence, innovation, leadership, and productivity

Esta nominación es para mostrar a un gran empleado de Crandall ISD por los actos que ha hecho el mes pasado.  Este puede ser cualquier empleado de Crandall ISD.  Por favor, sea específico.  Si la nominación que usted presenta es elegida, se le pedirá que presente el reconocimiento en la próxima reunión programada del Consejo Escolar.  La selección de este reconocimiento se tomará de todas las nominaciones hechas para la primera semana de cada mes.  Si la nominación se hace después de la primera semana del mes, se recolectará para el mes siguiente.  No hay necesidad de nominar más de una vez.  El miembro del personal será reconocido por la nominación aunque no sea seleccionado para el M.V.P. del distrito.

La nominación debe basarse en lo siguiente:
* Ir más allá por una circunstancia específica
* Haciendo un impacto positivo
*Demostrando el orgullo de los piratas
*Exhibiendo excelencia en el trabajo, innovación, liderazgo y productividad
