Just listened to your talk with Dan Pasternak, all about Jonathan Winters. More than Loved it!! A life long favorite comedian and human being. Can’t wait to receive the Unearthed album set! During your conversations it was mentioned that you’ll be cutting back on your podcasts. My heart sank. You did say that you have projects with The Firesign Theater and Monty Python though, which gave my heart a bounce up. The men of The Firesign Theater were and are “Dear friends” of mine. I met them through my late husband, Jack, whose radio and TV commercials they did in the late sixties and early seventies. I love them dearly and follow them where ere’ they go. Hearing them is always a great joy and comfort. Thank you! Vaughn Meader was a dear friend of ours, as well. You might ask Phil Proctor or David Ossman about their experiences with him. He was a presence to behold, in the day.My British side thanks you for the Monty Python project, as well! My mum introduced me to the Pythons and all the great British comedians and actors, even the Beatles. Dad was my introduction to American comedy, music and theater. We had every new album Jonathan Winters produced. Followed by Berman, Newhart, Bob and Ray, Robert Klein, Joan Rivers, Mort Sahl, etc. Dad stopped short of Lenny Bruce probably because he had two daughters and thought him too complicated and blue. Dad had several of Lenny Bruce’s albums though. I’m ever grateful for the influence my parents had on my taste in all the performing arts. I’m am very grateful to you for your tireless sharing your great love of comedy with us. Comedic arts are as essential as music and breathing. I pray you will continue in whatever way you choose to share. Thanks again! Upward and onward to shibboleth 😊

Better and better!
I was happy to find this podcast as its a great topic. The early episodes aren't that great, but after the first dozen or so it gets better and better and recent episodes have been great. Mr. Klamm is a fun, engaging host and the recent episodes on nearly forgotten lps like The First Family and the Peter Ustinov record have been great fun. One of my favorite podcast series.
