The deadline to file your taxes is fast approaching. The filing deadline is April 30th, 2016 for those who are employed by a company and for those who are self employed the deadline is June 15, 2017. Even though the tax deadline is June 15, 2017 for those who are self employed the deadline to have your taxes paid in full is still April 30th, 2017. Did you know if you owe revenue Canada money you may have a difficult time getting a mortgage? Most banks won't even lend you the money to pay off Revenue Canada. If you have enough equity in your house I have lenders who will understand and lend you the money. If you are in need of money to pay CRA please contact me.
