Annual Bulk Membership Order Form for Decolonizing Education in My Reflection Matters Village
Thank-you for choosing to pay it forward by gifting our Decolonizing Education membership to parents and educators in your community! The more memberships you purchase, the more we give back to you, so make sure you select the best option for your community and organization. Once you complete this form, we will email you an invoice.  Please know that once your invoice has been paid, you have up to 3 days after your purchase date to get a partial refund should you change your mind (We keep a $150 membership set up fee and return the rest.). After the 3 days, all purchases are final. My Reflection Matters, LLC is not responsible for making sure all of your memberships are used up; however, we will notify you once memberships are filled so that you know not to keep sharing the private link we will set up for your organization. When your annual membership is close to ending, we will notify you to see if you want to renew.
