1. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS once order form has been submitted. Buyers who will cancel shall be banned from future group orders handled by me and other seller friends.

2. STRICTLY NO LATE PAYMENTS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Group order deadlines are usually due at 12NN. You can inform us of a delay in payment at least 12 hours before the deadline.
2.1. I will charge PHP 50 per day for late payments. Only three days extension shall be given for late payers. Beyond that period, the order shall be cancelled and the buyer shall be banned from future group orders handled by me.
2.2. All orders that have not been paid by the deadline without prior notice of delay shall be deemed as cancelled whose buyers shall be banned from future group orders handled by me.

3. Modes of Payment available are as follows:
a) BDO Over-the-counter Deposit or Online Transfer
B) BPI Over-the-counter Deposit or Online Transfer
c) Unionbank Over-the-counter Deposit or Online Transfer
d) PayPal
e) Gcash
f) GrabPay
Depending on the method chosen, there might be additional fees which shall be shouldered by the buyer.

4. Couriers used are GoGo Xpress, LBC and JRS. Branch Pick Up is possible via LBC. Same-day delivery couriers such as Lalamove and Grab are also applicable.
4.1. Local shipping fee depends on the weight and size of the package and shall be informed via group order arrival email.
4.2. Same-day delivery shall be first discussed beforehand. Pick-up point may either be in Cavite or in Alabang, depending on my work schedule.
4.3. I will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may happen during the shipment.

5. Currently, there are no meet-up schedules during the oandemic for the safety of everyone.

1. The prices indicated below include the base price and PayPal fee.
1.1. Prices are subject to change if there are significant changes in the exchange rate.
1.2. Shipping fee from SG/MY to PH is NOT yet included in the price and shall be collected with the local shipping fee upon arrival of the group order in PH.

2. Doll group orders take more time to be produced than regular items. Unless the group order is for stock sale, production can take 2-3 months before being sent to our KR address. This is only an estimate; there may be delays especially when perfecting the final sample before mass production.

3. This group order will be delivered to PH via airmail.

4. Gifts for fansite goods may change from time to time. I will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

5. Deadlines may move upon notice from the seller and shall be relayed to the buyers as soon as possible. In cases like this, I will allow cancellation for those who cannot pay when the deadline is earlier than originally scheduled.

6. I will not be held liable for any issues on the part of the sellers such as production cancellation, shipment delay and incomplete goods as this is beyond my control. The most I can do is reach out to them to ship out the missing goods or ask for a refund.

7. In case of cancellation on the part of the seller, I can only return your money once refund has been given by the seller.

8. In case the item you ordered is out-of-stock, I shall refund within one week.

9. Once the group order has arrived and is ready for distribution, an email will be sent with the details on the additional fees. I can only keep your order for 3 months after its arrival. All orders that are not yet claimed / paid for after 3 months shall be up for sale to others.
