SECTION 10.2.B REVISIONS TO INITIAL PLAYER RATINGS
Initial player ratings may be revised in the following manner:

Players may be approved by a majority of all active members of the Board less any vacancies in consultation with the ratings committee prior to the start of League play or within seven (7) days of adding the player to an existing roster to allow the player’s manager to appeal a single question that would result in a divisional change.
