Kian Karimi, MD FACS

Dr. Karimi possesses the expertise, character, values, and empathy that you absolutely must have in an aesthetics provider and surgeon, and he is the only person I completely trust with my aesthetics needs. With social media increasingly being dominated by A.I. enhanced before-and-after photos to the point where patients don't know what they can rely on and whom they can trust, the fact that Dr. Karimi's office is always bustling with loyal, returning patients is a sign that he is the real deal.

First and foremost, Dr. Karimi's skill is unmatched to the point where he teaches his colleagues about the latest techniques and best practices. Not only am I his patient, I also was a medical model at the Los Angeles Multi-Specialty Cosmetic Academy conference, where I personally witnessed physicians and providers from around the world gather to learn from Dr. Karimi, which is the ultimate testament to his elite-level skills.

Second, Dr. Karimi's ability to listen to your needs and concerns and make every effort to address them means that you're actually heard as a patient. His emphasis on empathy and understanding is refreshing compared to the often ego-driven world of plastic surgery - with Dr. Karimi, you are always the focus, not him.

Lastly, Dr. Karimi and his practice are actually fun! While everyone takes their roles and responsibilities seriously and with the utmost professionalism, you'll always see smiles and hear laughter. I recall hearing a comedian once say that because laughter is spontaneous, it's always honest. In the case of Dr. Karimi and his team, I think that's true - after being a patient for many years (with no end in sight, unless someone discovers the fountain of youth), I can tell you that the warmth and friendliness you see is not an act. Rather, it's what you see when people actually care about you, and that makes all the difference.

What can I say about Dr. Karimi so that you know this is real.... he is a master in his field. I had a full face of procedures (botox, sculptra, fillers) and I am so happy with the results. It would have been easy to have me look like a reality star wannabe but he knew exactly how to make me look fantastic without going overboard. Not only is he a genius with the needles but he is also so nice, a rarity in the aesthetic medical field. It has been a month since I had the procedures and my friends can't believe how amazing I look. I am definitely going back to him when i need a little more done. I highly recommend Dr. Karimi for all your botox and filler needs.

I take pride in my yelp reviews and this one is long overdue. I received an open rhinoplasty with Dr. Kian and it is easily the best decision I have made. While I had a deviation, I was never shy about this choice being for cosmetic reason. I have wanted a nose job since I was about 12 years old - when kids began commenting and joking about my looks. But I grew up in a low income family and it seemed unattainable for me to "fix" my nose. I learned how to contour and became very aware of my angles and my "good side," but I never stopped researching and dreaming of getting this procedure.

Upon turning 30, I had narrowed it down to 3 surgeons and Kian was my #1 option. I scheduled a consultation and immediately felt this was my surgeon. I felt welcomed, safe and not at all pressured to make a decision or add on services. The pre-op visit was informative and eased all my worries, plus provided helpful supplies, tips and detailed care instructions.

Surgery and recovery feel like a movie. Pain and bruising was minimal and I was eager to get my cast off! I cried happy tears the first time I saw my swollen nose. With each day she gets more sculpted and I'm reminded that I made the right decision in waiting until I could afford a reputable doctor and ensure I would love my results.

I'm at about 7 months post-op now and feel the most confident I have ever felt, even enough to finally chop off my hair.

My nose was severely crooked and I had trouble breathing. I needed to have a bump on the top of my nose removed as well. This was going to be a very complex surgery. I did a lot of research and met face to face with a few surgeons for a consultation. After the face to face consultation with Dr. Karimi, I knew I was in good hands. He is double board certified and is a true expert in his profession. He is very personable and showed me the work that he would perform by using before and after pictures. I was able to see what the end results would look like before going through with the surgery. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I am amazed with the end results and the surgery has improved my self-image and my self-confidence! Dr. Karimi performed an open Rhinoplasty with Sonopet, Septoplasty, and a bilateral inferior Turbinoplasty on the left and right side of my nose.

Doctors travel around the world to attend Dr. Karimi's seminars so they can learn the newest practices from him. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the newest treatments, technology, and science in the cosmetic space.

He is a phenomenal doctor who is as kind as he is talented. His friendly personality makes his patients feel comfortable immediately. He is not pushy and makes appropriate recommendations for services, procedures, and treatments. He understands and appreciates the importance of ensuring that patients look natural.

Since going to Dr. Karimi I have had friends compliment me on my skin. I have recommended Dr. Karimi and his practice to many of my friends. My friends have seen Dr. Karimi for everything from Cell Sound to Rhinoplasty to Microneedling and they have all been very happy!

5 stars really isn't enough for Dr. Karimi OR his outstanding staff. I've never received such love at the doctors office as I do here. Whether it's scheduling me in when there is NO availability or staying late so I can check out and pay, Dr.K and his staff go above and beyond. Now, as far as results --I've never been happier. He understands that I am a perfectionist and doesn't try to talk me out of anything (unless he thinks the treatment won't make a difference!). This doctor will come up with the most innovative ways to take years off your face and because of him, I look like I'm in my twenties. I'm a patient FOR LIFE.

Ive been a client of Dr Karimi and Rejuva for many years now. I am always happy with my results for filler, prf and threads. I definitely feel and look rejuvenated. I can't imagine going to a more capable doctor! I moved from New York four years ago and met Dr Karimi through our children's school. His work ethic is incredible, he cares for his patients and tailors all of his treatments to the individual client. He is constantly learning and growing his skills. I have had a serious deep indent in the center of my brows for years and he worked with me to find the perfect solution to smooth it out with the perfect long lasting amount of filler. I consulted with six surgeons before choosing Dr Kian as my surgeon. Dr Kian was the only surgeon that did an in-person consultation and recommended we do a CT scan to see what was really going on inside my nose causing breathing issues. "CT scan findings include: severe right septal deviation, 100% nasal airway obstruction, left inferior turbinate hypertrophy, right turbinate unable to function due to severe septal deviation, bilateral concha bullosa." My nose was not an easy case and I am now 4-weeks post op and I could not be happier with my results. I am healing very well and I am already breathing very clearly. In addition to the work on the inside Dr Kian did a flawless rhinoplasty that compliments my face so well. I am getting compliments from all my friends and family and even strangers on my rhinoplasty. I also want to mention that I experienced ZERO pain post op. I took Tylenol for 48 hours and that was it. Of course, there is mild discomfort, but nothing intolerable.

This decision was not easy for me to make as I was very nervous about the operation not working or the cosmetic rhinoplasty not turning out how I wanted, BUT I am SO happy I did this! I feel like this was the nose I should have had all along.
