ELEKTRIK FANTASY FESTIVAL™ will be North America's first sustainable underground dance music festival benefit and masquerave, streamed and broadcast LIVE around the world, bringing together electronic dance culture, renowned artists, our creative spirit, imagination and nature in a way no one has dared before - to change our destructive conditioning to fossil fuels, single-use plastics and shake up the music festival landscape through our #rethinkfestivalimpact campaign. One of our goals is to unite and feature local performance artists on our global festival platform to bring awareness and CHANGE regarding our collective plastic pollution problem and its detrimental effect on our oceans through music and creative expression. This change begins locally, in our own backyard - and South Florida is Ground Zero for climate change impact.

This is a preliminary screening for consideration as an Official Elektrik Fantasy IV Visual Performance Artist. This is a contracted performance, and you will enjoy free entry, food, drinks and heavy promotion via website, social media, email and global radio marketing, features on global LIVE stream plus photo/video coverage by local, national and international accredited media outlets. Select performers may be chosen to perform during and/or alongside headliner sets.

Please carefully read and complete the form to ensure your potential spot at the festival. All submissions are subject to approval by the Elektrik Eventz Directors and Festival Partners. IF YOU ARE APPROVED, you will be sent an official application and contract via the email you provide in this form.

** TOP CONSIDERATION will be given to unique South Florida-based artists and performers only, who are active on social media and who are willing to participate in a globally-promoted/globally-broadcast benefit Festival dedicated to protecting our Planet Home, and who agree to represent Elektrik Eventz LLC and Elektrik Fantasy Festival™ in a professional and positive manner throughout the duration of their performance contract. We are specifically seeking artists who desire a healthier planet and are in line with our mission of sustainability, conscious social and environmental change, and who wish to grow with us year after year as a member of our Conscious Dance Culture™ Family.

Elektrik Fantasy IV is a 100% plastic-free nonprofit MasqueRave festival supporting social and environmental change. Proceeds support healthy oceans, clean beaches, renewable energy legislation and sustainability education here in Florida through The FantaSea Foundation. All Performers will enjoy free entry, food, drinks and heavy promotion via website, social media, email and global radio marketing, features on global LIVE stream plus photo/video coverage by local, national and international accredited media outlets. ALL ARTIST - including Headlining Artists - are donating their performances in support of our Cause. Performers are "FAMbassadors" and will be paid - pay is based on online and/or hard copy ticket sales. You will be given a unique ticket link, discount code through our ticketing partner and/or assigned/numbered hard copy tickets. This includes a growing guest list and bonuses for meeting certain thresholds as well. Potential earnings range between $0 - $2K+ more. Do you agree to be paid in this manner? *
