Quality Environments Indoors and Outdoors

Early Childhood Ireland is delighted to meet requests made at our recent conference masterclass for another CPD site visit to Carraig Briste Early Years Centre, Templescoby, Enniscorthy and Killegney Early Years Centre, Killegney, Enniscorthy.

The day will be facilitated by Early Childhood Ireland Specialist Carol Duffy (MA. In Education, Aistear/Siolta Mentor, Landscapes for Early Childhood UK), Orlagh Doyle Owner/Manager Carraigbriste / Killegney, and her team. It will involve a short presentation linking theory to practice, a showcase of curriculum in action and a tour of each setting. The wide range of environments within these two centres have proven to offer lots of ideas and reflection for those who have attended previous CPD here. There will be great opportunities for peer sharing. Practitioners from each setting will accompany participants as they explore the setting, sharing their way of working and examples of practice.
