Thank you for your interest in serving as a regional agency to implement the Farm to Food Pantry (F2FP) Initiative in your area for the current state biennium!

F2FP seeks to expand healthy food access and strengthen local food systems through economic, social, and environmental sustainability. F2FP increases the diversity and quality of fresh produce available in the emergency food system while supporting small farms' financial success and food waste reduction. Regional agencies drive the relationship-building between their local small farm and food access communities by coordinating wholesale purchasing contracts and match funding for additional local buy-in for this work.

Please be sure you have read the Farm to Food Pantry Guidance Document so that you understand the procedures and expectations of the program. Applying means you are committing to participate in the program through June 30, 2023. Funding allocations per regional agency may range between about $3,500 to $30,000 per year and will be calculated based on metrics including numbers of individual and food pantries served and service area poverty rates.

HAH and WSDA are hosting drop-in virtual Q&A Sessions each Wednesday, 11am-12pm, during the application period! Meeting info is on HAH's F2FP webpage, no registration required.
