Our Anheuser-Busch InBev project team designed a simulator to evaluate and recommend AB's optimal dedicated fleet size, in response to transportation market dynamics and the effectiveness of current fleet deployment and utilization. Student team: Shuting Du, Jack Easley, Desai Fei, Difan Gu, Harvey Kuang, Shiqi Liu, and Ray Tang.

Belden
Our Belden project team did a great job this semester. They helped to optimize Belden’s stocking and distribution strategy, with an estimated shipping cost savings of approximately $457,000 per year. Student team: Jameel Awad, Sheng Cao, Jinsen Han, Zhen Jin, Mia Lai, Ning Song, and Wenyu Wang.

Our Edward Jones project team provided insights into the usage of Edward Jones’ embedded support methods and provided recommendations on how to optimize channel resources. Student team: Ming Huang, Jiashan Li, Brian Liu, Yunqing Liu, Qi Mi, Drew Ruchte, Yiquan Wen, and Ahren Zhang.
