1. How to Enter: This is an online sweepstakes only, co-sponsored by Kindle Nation Daily and BookGorilla, each of which is a division of Windwalker Media. The Sweepstakes is open to new or existing Kindle Nation Daily and BookGorilla readers who enter the Sweepstakes as called for in these rules, and is administered entirely within an appropriate App created for this purpose. Merely liking or becoming a fan of Kindle Nation, commenting on its page or website, having entered into a past Kindle Nation sweepstakes, or sending an email message indicating your interest does not constitute entry into or participation in this sweepstakes.

Each individual weekly sweepstakes is separate and entry into one weekly sweepstakes does not disqualify a person from entry into another weekly sweepstakes. Each sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person and no more than one entry per email address, but entrants may qualify for bonus entries by sharing information about the Sweepstakes via social media as specified on the entry confirmation page. Sponsors will not verify receipt of entries. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs in association with this Sweepstakes will cause disqualification. Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.
The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Kindle Nation Daily. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Kindle Nation Daily.
- Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the USA & Canada and is void where prohibited by law. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. All entries are void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Kindle Nation Daily, BookGorilla, Windwalker Media and their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, the judging organization, and their immediate family members in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.
- Prizes: There is one grand prize, total value approximately $99, consisting of a Kindle Fire HD 6 tablet device. Total value of all prizes is approximately $99. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize is unavailable for any reason. Sponsor will pay any sales tax due for domestic delivery in the United States; otherwise prize winners are responsible for all taxes and import duties. Neither Sponsor nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damages arising out of the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
- Drawing and Awarding of Prizes: Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received online per the drawing schedule outlined. The winner will be notified by email from sweepstakes@kindlenationdaily@gmail.com to the e-mail address with which they entered the Sweepstakes within five (5) days following the winner’s selection and must respond directly via email to sweepstakes@kindlenationdaily@gmail.com within 24 hours to receive the winning prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of first attempt, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. There is one grand prize, total value approximately $99, consisting of a Kindle Fire HD 6 tablet device. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received.
- Notification of Winners. Winners will be notified by email using the email address with which they have entered the sweepstakes. Email notification will come from sweepstakes@kindlenationdaily@gmail.com. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that they will be able to receive, read, and respond to email notifications from sweepstakes@kindlenationdaily@gmail.com in a timely fashion. Kindle Nation Daily shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
- Waiver of Responsibility or Liability. As a condition of entry and participation each entrant or participant releases Facebook, Kindle Nation Daily, and the sponsoring author from any and all responsibility or liability in association with the sweepstakes promotion and acknowledges that this sweepstakes promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants or participants are providing contact and entry information only to the sponsors, Kindle Nation and the author, and to the company administering the sweepstakes, and not to Facebook.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Kindle Nation Daily, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
- Sweepstakes Period: This sweepstakes runs weekly from 12 AM Thursdays through 11:59 PM Tuesdays. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM Tuesday to be eligible for that week’s sweepstakes. All times are (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).
- Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Kindle Nation Daily, anyone acting on behalf of Kindle Nation Daily, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

- Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction.
