I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review and I'm so happy I did!
After reading Unrestriced, I was an emotinal wreck. Couldn't get over all the pain I felt for Tanner & Ashley.
I wanted more, needed more and now - now I can put a big smile on my face and thank Kimberly for bringing them into our lives.
Tanner & Ashley's story continue with hope that filled with a lot of fear.
The past has never really gone while they struggle with the insecurities of what they've been through.
After 3 years of being married, Ashley is pregnant again and every little thing takes her to the dark place she's been before.
Tanner, being the best husband ever, does whatever he can in order to help his wife deal with whatever she's dealing with. He is amazing, super caring and patience with all her needs.
I just love those two! There are the perfect image for what marriage is all about!
Unconditional love, passion, respect for one another and hope for a brighter future :-)
I'm so happy that Quinn & Alex's story is next! I'm sure it's going to be BRILLIANT!

I was really disappointed with this third book in the series, as well as the previous book. I really couldn't stand Ashley's mentality through this book. The constant whining and feeling scared and sad the entire time was really unattractive and not enjoyable to read.

Tanner and Ashley - I'm glad to know that I wasn't the only one that was emotional involved in this couple. From the 1st novel "Unrestricted" I got tangled in their lives from the very first moment they met. I like other readers, was a wreck, & could feel the anguish they were going thru.
I have to admit at times it was a bit long, but that is how the story keeps you from leaving the story.

how perfect there road hasn't been easy. I needed more and I'm so happy and thankful for this . We find out our happy couple is expecting. Again and I'm so beyond thankful for this. But it isn't always easy. This was perfect I absolutely adore Ashley my heart is always with her. Tanner he's so damn perfect! Go read this now!
These two went thru so many rollercoasters, heartache, pain, tragedy that it was a wonder that they made it thru it all.
Now with the last chapter of their saga, we see Ashley being concerned with her current pregnancy. Do you blame her? Even Tanner had to wonder if it was fate for them to always go through trauma.
We also have to be grateful for such loyal friends.... Quinn & Alex. Obviously their are issues with that couple as well. I was a bit shocked they were not together during this saga of the novel.
But that is to read in the future.
I wish I could get their series for free to read.
All I know is that I could feel all the emotions these characters were going thru. I completely understand depression, sadness & physical pain for someone you love that hurt you. Thank you for not making that Melissa mess a long part of the plot. I hate that woman!

Thank you for making Tanner to be the best husband EVER! To make up for his past mistake. It truly cost him. He would do anything for Ashley for her to never go thru that pain. This man showed, patience, kindness, caring & unconditional love throughout this saga of their lives. He truly wanted to give Ashley the respect & understanding for them to have a brighter future
I am glad their is was a happy ending to this sexy, passionate, & caring couple that deserved a HEA.
If we could have real marriages like that. I wish I had a Man like that!
Now lets hope that Ashley & Tanner can repay the friendship & caring to their best friends.
I'm thrilled that Quinn & Alex's story is next! I'm sure it's going to be AMAMZING, complicated & sexy like Ash & Tan are!

This was such a nice ending. The wrapping up of the two of them becoming a family in such a raw complete way. Marriage is not always roses and candy. And becoming pregnant is not always just having a baby, baby cream scent, and cute little outfits. No, it can be parents or future in-laws working against you. Or better yet, ex’s conspiring to find the weakest link in your relationship, to pick at to tear you down.

And, with all that and unfortunately the death of their baby, Daniel which on its own can tear a couple apart. Ashley and, Tanner who by the way did fall brutally apart. Find their way back together, ironically no thanks to the ex’s choosing. No, because her devious plan backfired on her. Yeah, Tanner’s ex sold his story of their break up and their child’s death to the press, and that he didn't own up to the baby. Ashley stood up to him and fixed the media and their relationship.

Bringing us to where they begin, this story. Checking to see, if they're pregnant. How for two weeks, Ashley becomes a neurotic about, everything. Especially, right she starts spotting. And of course, Tanner is at an away game. I can not wait to start the Quinn and, Alex series waiting for me, right after this gets sent.

Such a cute, different story. Not ever new parent is always excited 24/7 but that's what we read in books. This was refreshing because it came from a different perspective about fears, anxiety and being insane due to a child growing in you. However, I really don't like Ashley, the heroine, purely because and I mentioned this in my last review, her immaturity. When she is finally giving birth, she and I quote, "Why didn't anyone warn me it hurts this fucking much?" Ummmmmm........ I'm pretty sure a lot of people told you and if not epidural was made for a reason, honey. It's little things like this that just bugged me. I still finished the story and it was a solid series so it doesn't really matter but I don't think I will re read this series, like ever.

Loved this story line and wouldn’t mind learning more about them.

I loved Tanner’s sweetness. The big alpha football player had me in tears more than once. I didn’t like Ashleigh’s whining in the last book. She’s much stronger than this. I realize she suffered and felt guilty for losing her first son. Tanner finally got her on the right path. This was a good read. Can’t wait to start on Quinn and Alex. Keep up the good work.

Finally complete…

This was a quick easy read and I must say much better than book three. We knew all the characters and this book was less sad and tragic. It ended the way it should but also left me wanting to know more about the two besties. I despise when authors tell you something but don’t give specifics. This leads to too many details in another book that could probably be done in a paragraph.

Anyway, I enjoyed this book. Overall the series was solid.

This is a novella and gives Tanner and Ashley more closure. That is after Ashley gets pregnant and is a complete basket case with her fears of losing the baby. Which are all justified after losing Daniel. But Tanner is a great husband and the two welcome a beautiful baby girl and get their HEA.
You get a little more about Alex and Quinn and their book is next!!

Great novella to wrap up the series

I am a little upset that something happened between Quinn and Alex and we don't know what it is but as usual I am happy to start reading the next books in the collection to read about their story. I love that this book came to a nice clean close and the main characters truly loved happily ever after

It's a hook for the next book

Happily ever after Meets a few bumps in the road. These feel realistic and powerful for a couple who lost a previous child. However, it also seems a bit drawn out with the primary intention of luring readers in for the next book in the series. But I'm such a sucker for Berg's stories that yes, I already bought it.

This was a cute little novella, but again, I guess I just got over this couple and want more from the next, but then I'm afraid to continue because I feel like I will never stay invested since the first couple felt drawn out to me.

The heroine is very annoying, which is why I have given this book 3 stars. It’s a story about her pregnancy (after the loss of their first child) and how happily they are married now. This book also sets up the Quinn and Alex book series. The OW from the other books (Melissa) makes an appearance.

I’m glad we got this because the last book Ashley was horrible for most of it. Now it’s Quinn’s turn to break Alex’s heart.

A perfect ending to an emotional series. This has been one series that has taken me from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows. There have been moments where I smiled big, ugly cried and fanned myself from the explosive heat between Ashley & Tanner. Their story has not been an easy one, but I am so glad that we get this, what I would call anyway, extended epilogue to conclude their journey.

This book is not a standalone and must be read after both Inhibitions & Unrestricted. It literally picks up where Unrestricted left readers.

Even though it appears that Ashley & Tanner are finally getting their second chance at a happily ever after filled with everything that they desired, it still isn’t all smooth sailing with this pair. Because of their past, their present emotions and reactions are very dictated by everything that they have been through. But I do have to say that I loved reading them overcome all of this together in this book.

I have to say that I was so happy that Tanner ended up being everything that I knew he had in him. While he is not perfect, as evidenced throughout the series, the way that during this book he would do anything and everything for Ashley – including his own brand of “tough love” – redeemed him tenfold in my eyes. Really, you can’t help but adore a man who so clearly loves his wife that he would give her the moon if he could.

Yet I am not going to lie, Ashley did get on my nerves a bit in this book. I completely understand her fears after everything but her actions, I felt, were a bit extreme. There were times where I felt it was a bit too forced for her to act and react in a certain way. But she was able to redeem herself by the end for me.

As is par for the course with a Kimberly Bracco book, I knew I was guaranteed two things going in, that my emotions would be heavily involved in the story and there would be unbelievably hot and passionate scenes between this pair. I assure you that both were absolutely in this book and I was not disappointed. Kimberly treads the delicate line of too much steam with great success that it compliments, rather than overwhelms the story.

Overall, I really enjoyed the storyline and was happy to be getting this book after the abrupt ending to Unrestricted. I felt invested in Ashley & Tanner’s story from the beginning and though it ended perfectly. It was well written and engaging from start to finish.

If you are looking for a series that us as scorching as the sun, full of sexual tension, angst, ugly crying, big smiles, great storyline and don’t forget one sinful, dirty talking NFL quarterback, then you really need to read this series. I assure you won’t be disappointed.
