Lilah is the main focus of this series and I do love her character. She's got balls, this woman. Some may think she is too much but I don't think so. She is as hard as her environment needs or she would be chewed up and spit out. I like that she is fearless. She makes the series very fascinating.
Kane is another HUGE reason I would recommend this series. He's everything I love in a Hero that walks on the line of right and wrong. I know I would love this series without him in it because Lilah and the cases she solves are fascinating to me. But, he is also the reason this series is in my top favorites. He adds so much more to an already awesome series.
My recommendation? Read it and read it in order. You won't be disappointed.

Another amazing addition to the Lilah Love series! I keep falling deeper and deeper into this incredible collection of books as the characters continue to draw me deeper into their lives.
Lilah Love is one of the most bad-a++ heroines around! If you’re looking for a tough FBI agent with a penchant for dropping the “F” word and the ability to solve crimes that have all kinds of twists and turns, she’s your girl!
While her relationship/romance with Kane tends to remain in the background, each book is pulling them as a couple a bit further into the storyline. This might have a low heat, but it has a great connection between Kane and Lilah emotionally. I love that they thrive off of each other and are determined to keep the other safe at all costs.
This book continues to build one mystery while solving another. Even as it wraps things up, there are still questions left that I can’t wait to find the answers to. As always, I’m left happy and satisfied while still desiring more.

So, how long have we waited for this? YES! The marriage of Kane Mendez and Lilah Love. But, will it happen? Will it go off without a hitch? Lisa Renee Jones left us hanging at the end of Bloody Vows and left us wondering just where she was going to take this story. I am sure she also had a few fans vowing to murder her if Kane wasn’t found alive. But, I digress … back to Bloody Love.
Honestly, this was one of the most fast-paced stories in the Lilah Love series. Everything moved forward at the speed of light. I was engrossed and excited from beginning to end. It had everything that we expect from LRJ and then some. I loved how she is both tying up loose ends but also still building the mystery. Who is behind the notes? What will Pocher’s next move be? Will the Cartel take over their lives? Will her father ever become Governor? So many questions that still need to be answered. But, that only means that we get more of Lilah Fucking Love-Mendez … or, should I say, Queen Mendez?
There are many series and authors out there that I truly enjoy but there is only one Romantic Suspense author that I am truly invested in. Lisa Renee Jones. I have said it in the past and I’ll say it again. She knows how to build a story, how to keep you on the edge of your seat. There’s drama but it fits. There’s a build up that doesn’t let you down. She writes gritty characters with heart and soul and let’s you see them for who and what they truly are. She may keep you hanging but that’s all part of the reason why you pick up one of her books. LRJ leaves you with baited-breath at the end of every story that she writes. Lilah and Kane may have finally found their HEA but it’s not the end of their volatile and steamy love story. I know that there is so much more to come from these two and I can’t wait to see where their journey brings us.

"The couple that kills together, stays alive together."
4 stars. Another fantastic and intense installment to the series. Honestly, if Jones wants to do this series like the In Death series with 50+ books of Lilah Love being a badass boss ass bitch with her fine ass husband, Kane, sign me up right now. I could read this series forever. I’m in love with this world, these characters, the plots, the mysteries, the action, the romance, all of it. I want more people to read these books because this series is disgustingly underrated.
This book picks up right where Bloody Vow ended with Kane being missing and I was just as much on edge about it as Lilah was. I love seeing her growth throughout this series and how much she loves Kane in her own way. Their relationship is great and works for them. On top of Kane being missing, she’s on the hunt to capture her stalker. It was a lot going on but it was all so good. There’s some great action in here and I like the way everything was revealed. The ending was great and sets up book seven perfectly and I cannot believe that I have to wait until next summer to read it! *sobs*
I adore this series. I cannot recommend them enough if you’re into crime novels with a bit of romance on the side and a fantastic main character.

5 HERE WE GO AGAIN STARS!! This series has been phenomenal!! Luckily we still have more to go. Lilah is everything....she takes us on crazy twists and turns with lots of suspense. You must read this series in order and you do not want to miss a word.

BLOODY LOVE is the sixth book in the Lilah Love series. This series must be read in the order of release. This is not the end of the series. Why did I write that? Because I thought that this would be the last book and I wanted to clarify it for anyone else who believed that’s where we were going. There will be more of Lilah and Kane.
It is, however, the conclusion of the current case and the culmination of their courtship. The wedding was perfectly theirs, by the way. You’ll love it!
Now about that case – the cut-throat murders. The suspense and the intelligence displayed is astounding. I loved every minute and couldn’t get enough. This is the type of story that can happen, and you pray you never know has happened. I’m just glad that it’s all entertaining fiction in the mind of one of my favorite authors and she puts her genius to this use. Too many unleash their genius as cyber-attacks and real mayhem.
This is a “keep your arms inside the ride” roller-coaster with so many twists, turns, and plummets that you will definitely feel your stomach dip. I know I am still smiling with delight.
In a way, I’m mad that I was wrong and feel I was being led astray; I thought this was the end of the series. On the other hand, I’m really glad to know that we will be returning to these favorite friends. Maybe we’ll finally find out for sure who Junior is and what his (her) creepy rhymes are about.

Ok so LRJ is my go-to suspense author and this is no different. I would definitely recommend reading the Lilah Love series in order. It has been three years since we first met Lilah and I was happy to see more from this strong female character. This story continues the same pattern where there isn’t as much romance and although there are strong Alpha males the star of the show is Lilah Love, a take no prisoners FBI profiler! We have a new case in this duet starting with the death of someone wearing a wedding dress. Is that a direct message to Lilah since she is recently engaged? Things really took a turn when Kane’s helicopter went down, but of course he is amazing and survived. Lilah has to try to deal with another killer along with a secret element making a direct attack on those she cares about. With each book we find out a bit more about Lilah and Kane’s past and at the same time trying to find all the killers that seem to directly communicate with her.

Addictive Adrenaline Rush! This series is just so intense and delicious. The stunning twists, raw emotions and nerve wracking tension just keeps increasing as each book in this addictive series unfolds. This book picks up right where the last one left off, and it is imperative that you read this series in order. I have been so invested in Lilah and Kane since the beginning of this series. These characters really have wormed their way into my heart, while also consuming my mind. This story quickly captivates and pulls you back into this couples world. Where anger and pain quickly becomes need and desperation. As the danger escalates and no one is safe.

So Lilah Love has to be one of my all time favourite female characters. She is confident, strong, passionate, brilliant at her job, speaks her mind and takes no messing. I wish I was even a little bit like her.
So in typical Lisa Renee Jones style, this picks up exactly where 'Bloody Vows' left off. The events would have completely destroyed anyone else but not Lilah. Her strength of character shines through. The search for the latest serial killer continues as whoever it is tries to draw Lilah and Kane deeper into their net.
What makes this series is the relationship between Lilah and Kane. It shouldn't work with Lilah being a FBI agent and Kane with his connections to the mafia but it does. They challenge each other to be better whilst recognising that the other must follow their own path. They are incredible together and Lilah gives the very alpha Kane a run for his money. He is softer around her but always very protective.
So plenty of tension abound in this book that kept me hooked and on the edge of my seat throughout. I was kept guessing about the killer was until this fact was ready to be revealed. This combined with the heat and chemistry between Kane and Lilah gives the perfect blend for me. I was so excited to be back with this series and can't wait to see where this series takes me next.

I think one of my very favorite things about Lisa Renee Jones is the fact that she creates some serious bada** women for all of us to cheer on, and Lilah Love is top of that list for real. She's a super smart FBI agent who loves to drop f-bombs, and is never too cautious when it comes to making sure she gets her criminal & maybe just maybe keep people safe. She has her own yummy man named Kane, who may or may not straddle the line between legal & illegal at the end of the day, but I couldn't love him any more. The twists are coming in hot as Lilah is on the trail of a dangerous person, plus she's still being inconvenienced by her stalker who won't stop writing ridiculous things to her, a big dose of angst that I'm not even going to hint at, and with a big kicker of her insane family who is a train wreck waiting to happen. I'm so glad that this isn't the end of the line for my favorite FBI agent, so I'll be waiting impatiently for the next book. I promise you don't want to miss out on this series so get to one clicking because you can't go wrong with Lisa Renee Jones! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Thank you Lisa!!! I finished late last night and now wait for the next book, Happy Death Day!!I f***king love Lilah Love & Kane Mendez. Lilah takes no crap from anyone and her mind and thinking process makes her an incredible profiler.She looks beyond the obvious clues and details at crime scenes. Almost loosing Kane was a distraction from her normal razor sharp focus on a crime scene. Her standing up to Miguel had Kane smiling and sealed their love even tighter.
I laughed out loud when Jay & Lilah went to Taco Bell for lunch and Lilah thought that she really disliked their new menu! I was right there with her, agreeing. Going to Boston and describing Charlestown hit home for me too (born in Boston) & while it has been many years since I have been there I could visualize the pizza joint as someplace I had eaten.
I have enjoyed the friendships she has developed with Jay and Kit. Working with Lucas, Tic Tac, and Murphy and discovering Murphy was in fact on her side and in love with her mother. Also, Andrew being involved and learning more truths about their father. I look forward to her finally bringing down Junior and Pocher, too!!

Bloody Love is the 6th book in the Lilah Love series by Lisa Renee Jones. The books need to be read in order so you will understand what's going on. Book 6 picks up where Book 5-Bloody Vows ended on it's cliffhanger and jumps right in. Kane's helicopter had gone down- did he make it or not? Spoilers!! I don't want to give anything away so you must read!! There's alot going on in book 6! Lilah' wedding, a wedding gone wrong, and Lilah's Stalker is ramping things up. We get some questions answered in this book and out of that, a few more questions spring forth.
I truly enjoyed the action, suspense, intrigue, mystery, thrills, passion, feels, secrets, twists, chemistry between Lilah and Kane, the emotions that run around in this story/series, and the beautiful romance that is Lilah Love and Kane Mendez. They compliment each other and are each other's yin and yang. And this isn't the end of the series, there is more coming of the Lilah Love series ❤❤📚📚. BLOODY LOVE begins where "Bloody Vows" ends - with a cliffhanger that has your heart in your throat as Kane's helicopter goes down - but in the need to be careful of "spoilers" there is little I can say on this event. Suffice to say author Lisa Renee Jones knows how to spin a story, twist her readers around and bring them back to the perfect ending.
BLOODY LOVE is a riveting, hold you by the throat read. Lilah Love is like no other F.B.I. agent anyone has ever seen - she is absolutely her own woman who doesn't bow down to any authority but her own gut. Kane is legit, but a lot of people believe he took over his cartel father's empire. Readers are sure of the love these two share despite the drawbacks because they have a past that holds them together with enemies and compatriots they share - though sometimes both of them could do without some of the "friends".
A fantastic read - and a series I hope has a lot more coming!

Bloody Love is the sixth, but not the last in the Lilah Love series by Lisa Renee Jones. It is, however, the end of this six long book collection. Lilah Love and Kane Mendez have led us through a mind-blowing series of twists and turns throughout the entwining stories, and the culmination of their on/off relationship was what made the end as different and special as it was.
Lilah isn’t a simpering ‘take care of me’ kind of woman. She’s a bada** in her own right. As a special agent with the FBI she literally takes the prisoners. Holds no bars.
Kane helps in ways she doesn’t always understand, he’s been with her even when it seems he wasn’t.
There are other characters that are finding their way into Lilah’s trust, but it will always be just her and Kane in the end.
Lisa definitely leads us on a merry, twisted dance with this story and it’ll keep you guessing!!!

Bloody Love is fantastic. You will not be able to put this one down. You must read series in order for this is the 6th book. Like all Lilah Love books you are taken for one heck of a ride. I love Lilah's fierceness and how her mind works to get the job done. She doesn't let anyone walk over her. Kane is fantastic alpha who takes his cues from Lilah on what she needs. Together Kane and Lilah are ones you don't want to be on the wrong side of. You are going to get some answers to who is behind what and why when it comes to solving the latest string of murders. You are still going to be grasping for the clues behind the bigger picture of who and why Lilah and Kane are targets. I love love love the chemistry and understanding between Lilah and Kane. They have such a beautiful love that just seems to get stronger with every book. I cannot wait for more Lilah Love to come.

What starts out the story had my heart constricting. The first line of the story gutted me. When Lilah goes to find Pocher, who does she run into? Who gets murdered this time that is not normal for the situation? Lilah and Officer North definately bait one another. I love Lilah's snark when it comes to North. Oh, I did not expect what happened once Lilah got home! I could not help but to laugh about the date night suggestion! What does Lucas find out? What are Think Tank Tournaments? Oh goodness, what Lilah learns in midtown floored me, yet again. What happens when Miguel shows up? I LOVE Tic Tac!! I love the new nickname Lilah is given. Tic Tac is the bomb! Love his responses and remarks to Lilah. Oh, snap, the ending of this story chilled me to the bone!

Book 6! loved all books of lila love!
When I started this series, I loved it immediatly! Couldn't stop reading it! This whole series is one heck of a roller coaster ride!
Lilah Love is the bad-a$$ FBI agent and she is in love with Kane Mendez, son of a drug tycoon. Kane is in the oil business. Lilah's fierce and she doesn't let anyone walk over her! Kane is alpha, ad they match great together!

At present time, Kane is missing after his chopper has crashed. Lilah works processing the scenes of the murders with the worry about Kane threatening to take over. None of Kane's men know anything about his whereabouts or if he is even alive.

I was so excited to see the strength and love between Lilah and Kane. The relationship was front in center through this book and there were many powerful moments between the two.

Bloody love is the sixth book in Lilah Love series. I must admit that it’s one of my favourite series by the author and I’m always looking forward to read more about this fearless heroine. The plot becomes more interesting and the past and hidden secrets are much more intriguing than I thought at this point.
Kane is that hero that you can’t help but fall in love with every step of the way. Being somewhere in the middle between good and bad worlds, makes him more complicated and his arc development is definitely something different.
Their love story is a very unusual one, families and friends always trying to stand between them but no matter what happens, love will always win.

Pure and utter brilliance
This gripping thriller is a can't put down read. Lilah and Kane keep you totally engaged and rooting for the success of their very frowned on unity, the FBI agent and the heir to the Mendez cartel have everything stacked against them including Lilahs own family. Lilah has a hard exterior even though for Kane she shows her soft and loving side. How she manages to hold herself together and continue to try and solve the murders of the Billionaire Bankers game whilst not knowing if Kane is alive or dead after his chopper goes down shows her resilience and strong character News Year Eve is their time Finally and their vow is live together die together which is so very appropriate. Finally….
No, don’t get me wrong, this is not the final book. What I meant to say was that, at least, Kane and Lilah got married at last! This is not a cliffhanger, but ‘Junior’ is still out there. He, or she is like hydra. As a murderer is caught at the end of each book, he/she will send a note to Lilah.
The perpetrators in this ‘throat burster’ killings were caught at last, but it’s not over by any stretch. It will be interesting to see Kane and Lilah as married couple. I can’t wait. Maybe as parents??? I know. Can’t imagine..
Also am happy Kane survived the copter crash. Who tampered with it? What’s the fun in that if he/she is caught in this book. So, it’s going to be another thing for another day, another book. See you….

And so begins a breathtaking story that see's Lilah chase a murderer to Boston and come close to death once again. But having made a promise to Kane that if they die they die together, it will take more than a deranged serial killer to take her down plus, she has a date to keep on new years eve.
And with junior sending messages the society still looming large and the cartel rearing its ugly head I'm excited for book seven.

YES! This one is by far my favorite in the series! Could it be that it wasn't a glaring cliffhanger? Maybe, or it could be that Kane and Lilah FINALLY...well read the book to find out. This one picks up right where the last one left off and it is full of twists and turns as Lilah and the gang are looking for the killer. So much going on and jumping from the Hamptoms to NYC and back and then up to Boston trying to pin this one down. This has been a wild ride and I wouldn't start this one without at least reading the last book first. Definitely a high recommendation from me!
